First off I love this store. The reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the new staff they have suck. They make you feel like you’re being judged for what you bring in or what you are buying. They have zero customer service skills. If you work in customer service learn to fake a smile.

Would give a 5 star because we like buying clothes there but we brought in clothes and they wouldn’t take anything. The gal said they were too old but we have just bought them within this year. They wouldn’t take Ariat men’s jeans or cinch jeans, those run about $75-80 a pair. The buyer obviously doesn’t know what she’s buying. I’ve seen way older and worst condition clothes there in the racks.

I absolutely adore the staff—their service was so spectacular that I gave them a thank you card, and I’m usually super mean! Those four young ladies are a credit to the franchise. Promote them immediately!

This store is a huge disappointment: Rude (phone focused) cashiers, haphazard store, and shoddy selection. Buying second-hand is good for the environment AND your wallet, but this is basically a dressed-up expensive thrift store that advertises as something more. More the half of the clothing had piling, small stains, or were very worn...a huge letdown considering they advertise "new" and "quality" second hand/vintage clothing and accessories. The biggest insult to a buyer, they have Wal-Mart and Target brands priced at or ABOVE the new retail. These are not quality made goods to begin with: I would rather buy these items in the original store for less than what Runway offers. I understand selection can sometimes depend on what is brought to the store (this is supposedly a buy/sell/trade model) however they have new-with-tags clothing (probably bought from close-outs) also priced ABOVE regular retail. Staff was on phones or talking to each other the 2x I visited, please do not bother them, they are obviously there to chat amongst themselves'. My advice: You can do better at a thrift store or sale in the mall.

This place is the best. I have such a great experience every time I go. The girls are so nice. And the clothes are great too! Super welcoming atmosphere. Been shopping here for years. And I have such a good time every time.

It's okay. Seems to cater mostly to folks who are size XS and S so doesn't really make sense for normal sized folks and plus sized folks to come here expecting to find great items.Noticed they had a few things marked higher than the original sales point. For example there was a target brand dress that they had marked for more than target sold it for when it was brand new. Or another article of clothing had the original tag on with the price 9.99 and this place was asking for 15.99.Noticed several damaged items that they were asking 10+ bucks for. Pretty high prices for used clothes that may be damaged or even purchased brand new at similar prices.

On the front window of their store they boast that they are "50%-70% off of "mall prices"However, they are selling used jeans for equal to more than what they cost new-well a lot of things actually. You'll have way better luck at Ross or TJMAXX. Buying here is a rip and don't expect much if you're trying to sell.

They have cute used stuff but a lot of it is overpriced. We went school shopping here and unfortunately a few of the items we wanted to try on had stains, rips and tears and they were the most expensive items. When presented the flaws to the staff they seemed unfazed. I don’t think they inspect their used clothing very well. They also have some new stuff from China that is overpriced. If you stick to the used items and inspect them well you might find some good deals.EDIT January 2021 - Now as a person selling items. It is hilarious bringing in name brand items with tags that have never been worn and to be told "Super cute, There's just some wear" and then 2 weeks later bringing in the same items and having them being taken no problem. This shows me it's really up to whomever decides to take your items that day. What kind of mood they're in, and if they personally like your items or not as well. I also find it HILARIOUS to see a walmart brand T-shirt for sale for $5 bucks more than I bought it for.

They low ball you on clothing sales. Very random what they decided to buy and only give you a couple dollars for high price item. Like maybe 10% of what they sale for. Also they mostly buy for young teenage crowd as I would imagine that's the demographic they are going for. I usually don't find to many good items in there. I do like the the new items they stock.
