Driver speeds down private road where posted 10 miles hr. Drivers name is David. Said his boss Gary said he can drive 25 mph. no matter what! Concerned going to hit our animals. Driver extremely disrespectful using profanities including the “F” word. Seemed to have his response well rehearsed. Slammed slider on truck! The roads out here are dirt with expensive maintenance by residents. When asked bosses last name said he didn’t know it because it’s foreign and couldn’t pronounce. Mentioned that if he wouldn’t slow down that I didn’t want him driving on our road. He said, Fine then I won’t bring your packages and you can pick them up in Missoula. We live in Stevensville. And we’re not the only ones on this road. Sent express FedEx package with him. Hope it arrives to destination in one piece. We have other packages to arrive and hope we don’t have anymore drama with FedEx.

Nice people but not good for anything over about 70 pages. Unable to collate, runs out of paper, machines jam - which makes a mess. Expensive. Spend it on a laser to do big jobs at home.

Employees referred me to a print machine with instructions that didn’t fully describe how to use the machine. Instructions do not say where you get a retrieval code as if it is obvious that it will email you one.

Thoroughly rude, unhelpful, dishonest and unpleasant. I placed a print order yesterday for delivery today and received a message that someone would call me yesterday. No-one did. I called in and spoke to an abrasive individual who wouldn't help, wouldn't give his name, and hung up on me when I asked for his name. Meanwhile, my order is still MIA and FEDEX does not care one iota.

These employees have always been very knowledgeable and efficient whenever I have visited the store. Recently, they helped me create a homebook for my Airbnb in Missoula. They really went above and beyond to help me get it right. It’s rare to find a business anymore where the employees really seem to care about what they’re doing, but this store is getting it right. Thank you
