I came in to get a prescription for eyeglasses and contacts, I expected a few trials because of my astigmatism, but after the second set of trial lenses, I called to tell them that they wernt right and needed them adjusted. I was told to wear them longer so my brain could get adjusted to them. So I picked that up and it was obvious they were just wrong. So I called to get another trial set, and the receptionist was so rude, I was told that they weren't going to keep giving me free contacts and bullied me into ordering a months worth of the wrong ones. This is my vision , very important. I wouldn't recomend anyone to this doctor or Shopko

This store is ridiculous. It's an even cheaper version of Kmart who thinks they can trick people by having things priced at "clearance" all the time.. problem is, their original prices are grossly inflated and about triple what any other store charges. $49.99 for a cheap 18" x 36" runner rug that is $12 at any other store.. but oh! It's 50% off! Only $24.99! They make you think you did good by saving HALF. But heir half off is still twice as much as any other store in Missoula and far more than what the crappy Chinese merchandise is worth. Worst place to shop. I only go here when there's no other choice because I don't want to drive down north reserve. :(

Brandon told me of the soda deal three 12 packs for 9 bones can't beat that ... hint hint to other stores ...TRY to beat that!!!! I have always loved this store but unfortunately overlook it sometimes because my Rosaurs market is next door....this story reminds me of Wal-mart but without the crowd

Been getting my eyes checked here for a few years now, i take my kids here for their eye check ups also, i am not very pleased about a fitting test for my contacts when i have been buying my contacts from here for years.

Thanks again for the really great Techs and Pharmacists at Shopko Pharmacy. My Mother is 83 and needs just a few more seconds and a little help to get her pharmacy transactions done. Everyone is so patient, respectful and helpful. Thanks sincerely for setting the example of how we should treat our elders. Highly recommend that you reward Shopko Pharmacy with your business.

Just so anyone who cares knows Shopko doesn't not support our soldiers and Vets! The optical department and Shopko refuse to accept VA insurance. They tried to say that Shopko won't let the Doctors there take it but that's a lie. They said themselves they are private practice, which means they can choose to accept it, they just refuse. But apparently Shopko appreciates this as hey discourage accepting it. I just walked out of my eye exam right before I went in as I found this out. I promptly made an appointment with a place in town that does accept it. I am paying cash. I don't have VA insurance. But many of our country, city, family, and friends do. If Shopko doesn't want our Vets business they don't get mine either! Shopko if this is. It true and it's just the Dr blaming it on you, you should make them clarify and remedy this as you are losing business in your store Joe because of it. You should also refuse to allow Dr to set up shop in Shopko who refuse to treat our Vets!

I happened to ask if they fixed glasses. They do and did! I had a nice chat with my friend for about 20 minutes, paid $5 and my formerly disintegrating glasses were nearly as good as new. The employees there are helpful, informative and friendly.
