Wow. What an experience! No pressure and very helpful. The staff are amazing REAL people. Deb is such a lovely person. She truly does want to help. Her two coworkers that day were amazing as well. They new what we wanted/needed ahead of time. We went with the best of the best split king i10 smart bed. I 100% recommend this sales team!A+++

We bought a sleep, number mattress and adjustable base they failed to tell us the 90 day guarantee did not include the adjustable base which was $3500 it’s a rip off you can return the mattress, but you have to pay for the base and take a $3500 loss The bed was just uncomfortable and it adjusted automatically all night long we invested around $8000 for a very uncomfortable bed I do not recommend this place as far as their reply they don’t explain the return at the counter instead they A bunch of fine print that nobody does bottom line is they’re not gonna give you your money back for the base which is $3500 bottom line it’s just a hidden scam

Went in after waiting years to get a pillow and they were on sale BOGO. The two people there a man and a woman were the nicest people I have met here in missoula. Just here in town for about 3 weeks for work and I was glad I went in there not just cuz I got two new pillows but because these people were genuinely nice people. I really appreciate them and that's some of the best customer service I have had in the last year easily!
