I will begin the review by saying I really am especially bad at tec related stuff and needed quite a bit of extra help just in beginning to use my new phone, get the case on it etc, plus taking care of my data transfer and new phones function transition, passcodes etcErica was super patient and obviously really knows the technology and how to be as productive as possible while being really pleasant, obviously a great store experience depends on this type of in person serviceSo, because the in service is so good here my phone is working perfectlyThanks!

Went to see why our rebate cards wasn’t working….again. The girl behind counter approached us and thought she said quietly how is that our responsibility? For one we can’t get them to work why? Another reason they are your stores rebate cards not mine. If you don’t want to help than don’t. Needless to say we left empty handed…..again. No answers no explanations. Funny how we spent all that money to switch over and they answered all our questions than. Not impressed. Can’t wait till our two years of imprisonment is up.

One lost phone and no idea what my apple id password was, I decided to try my luck at the T-Mobile store and I was blown away by how kind and helpful the staff was. Erika was patient with me while I tried to gather all the necessary passwords and she helped me figure out the insurance claim. She made the experience hassle free and I am extremely grateful.

Came in at 10 am on Tuesday November 14th. Had to drive all the way across town to a different T-Mobile because the guy said he couldn't order the screen protector replacement for my phone. Went to the T-Mobile on Brooks and it was able to get it ordered no problem. Sad to see some people who only care about sales versus helping the customer. Recommend the Brooks location over this one any day.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. My mom sent me in to see what upgrade options we had and if we qualify for the iPhone promo…The cust service/sales agent (tall gentleman with red hair and beard… NO NAMETAG). Wouldn’t look up my number and see what the options where because the account isn’t in my name, fine I get that… but he also refused to speak over the phone with the account owner and answer Her questions.When I mentioned that Verizon (we have an acct there too with two diff lines and are considered consolidating all lines to one carrier) offers the same iPhone with our trade in, he told me to take my business to Verizon.If this is the kind of service we can continue to expect from T-Mobile, probably should take his advice and switch.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. There has been a wait every visit I've made here but they are always sure to greet you and get an idea of why you're visiting. While helping other customers I've always found they try to make eye contact with everyone in the store, I'm assuming that's to say "We haven't forgot about you" which personally, I think it's a nice touch.

Worse store and customer service EVER! When I call T-mobile they are great. Workers at the store are ridiculous and all have different answers.

Does not open at 10am, tried to visit today to get my phone looked at and the doors were still locked at 10:20am, very unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional! Not helpful, don't do their job, lack knowledge and follow through. Went to add a line, got charged $35. Used to be free at Costco. Didn't have the phone I wanted so said they ordered it and I'd get an email when it arrived. Called 3 days later because of no email. Was told I had to check on it myself through my account. Called customer service only to discover no phone was ever ordered. I will not return to the Reserve St store. Furious!

They wouldn't take back my T-Mobile internet gateway cause I ordered it online. That just doesn't make much sense to me but I guess that's what reviews are for.

Usually fast to be helped sometimes it’s slow when a lot of people are in the store but also very nice employees, does seem like there is a different person working everytime I’ve gone in there

We purchased a Gateway at the North Reserve store that turned out to be defective and wanted to return it to the store before the 14 day period. When we walked in to the North Reserve store, we were not greeted nor checked in. Jaden claimed to be the store manager making the decisions; it was confirmed that she is the assistant manager. She lacks good manners and treated us in a very unprofessional manner refusing to listen to the details of our concern. We usually go to the Brooks store where we receive superb treatment and everyone there is professional.We were treated so rudely that we were going to cancel our two phone lines and two internet services. Cory, the manager at the Brooks store) checked us in, listened to our concerns, and did his job professionally resolving our issue at the store. Jaden on the other hand was adamant that she could not help us.I try to not judge people by other than their actions and performance. Jaden is way over her head and apparently did not care how we were going to perceive her lack of professionalism. She performed poorly.BTW, we have never had anything but exceptional experiences with T mobil stage, in person and over the phone. This is why this was such a bad experience.I highly recommend That if you have any issues, drive the extra distance to the Brooks store. They go an extra mile to resolve your issues satisfactorily.PS: Someone responded to my review with a form letter and a generic apology blah blah blah; he included an email for me to write back to him. Guess what...the email does not work!!! I hate to say this, but these gimmicks of responses indicate how unprofessional and uncaring some businesses are.

Jade was FANTASTIC! She was helpful and quick. She was also super knowledgeable and very friendly. We went to another store with a not so great experience and so glad we tried this store. Hire more employees like her. Give that girl a raise!! ?

Just had a very unpleasant and very unprofessional experience at the Missoula T-Mobile. I feel you should get off your personal phone and be more about customer care. Telling me you have to call the call center for something as small as changing a passcode so I can get the language changed back on my phone is NOT acceptable. Wish I could give negative stars! Please hire capable, competent, and respectful people to be the face for T-Mobile.

So this saga has been going on for 4 months. Matt the manager was supposed to take care of this in July. This store has the most unprofessional staff I have ever met. No one knows what is happening. Run! Do not visit this store they will not help you and will try to contract you with out the whole story!!! Matt you should be returning calls and helping customers.
