This place had the worst burritos I’ve ever had, the tortillas we basically raw the whole thing tasted like soap and had no seasoning, the beans were crunchy, and overall it was clear that no person who has had a burrito before was consulted before ordering and cooking the ingredients, setting up the menu and putting them together. The staff 100% deserves to be paid more for the embarrassment of working there, they were great though.

Hey! My boyfriend and I picked up some burritos yesterday (3/8/24) and I’d like to start off by saying they were really good. You guys were even nice enough to label them so we knew which one was mine. But they were mislabeled and normally we wouldn’t care except I’m allergic to avocados and my boyfriend’s burrito had avocados in it. I accidentally ate his instead of mine because of the mixup. I did notice after a couple bites so I was able to get treatment before a reaction but if you guys could be just extra careful I’d be so grateful. Again burritos were really good but please be careful. Thank you.

Solid overall, good food. Everything there is tasty, in particular the hippogriff and the manticore burritos, though you can also create your own as well. The star of the show are the tater tots though, with tons of seasoning and always super crispy. This is an awesome place for a late-night burrito stop.

This place used to be good but the owner (the lady especially) is just the worst. Note the review from a week ago (end of January 2024), she gripes about the speaker upstairs and blames the kids playing their music too loud. Get a grip. The problem is the food has been consistently lousy for two years. It used to be decent and decently priced but now it’s bad and expensive— newsflash lady, nobody wants to bankroll that and watch these employees get treated like cattle. Pay them livable wages and treat them like humans. Missoula votes with their wallets and this place is losing votes.For the record, I used to spend $$$ here over the years… we’d get it to take on roadtrips, a burrito for the airplane, the chimichanga was my mother in laws go to request when she’d visit…. Heck, my old dogs (rest in peace loves) would get their own order of tots. But the last few times we went it took 45+ minutes to get a few things and meanwhile the owners were there completely souring the mood and not even checking in with guests. This place used to be great. Sad, really.If you’re looking for a good taco, GILD makes great ones.Parking: Parking at the gas station is a crap shoot. Be prepared to go in quickly and get out.Wheelchair accessibility: Not handicap friendly. The door is heavy and cannot be held open by someone while they’re navigating their own wheelchair in.

I’m sick of people taco sano ain’t this taco sano ain’t that. Taco sano is what taco sano has been. The best taco joint in not just Missoula but Montana. The chicken bacon tot is incredible. I had a great experience all the workers were friendly even greeted me with a smile. I wish I could eat here everyday. If your reading this I would recommend it over just about anywhere in Missoula especially taco del sol

Taco Sano used to be a go to spot. But it’s truly gone downhill the last year or so. Employees consistently making mistakes on orders, they got rid of the punch card system for a points system where you have to sign up and give them your info. I went in today and they were playing Christian Rock music which was honestly the last straw. Definitely going elsewhere from here on out.

The food is not terrible, but the employees definitely need a bit of training. I ordered the two taco lunch special. The gentlemen started putting chicken on my tacos without asking what kind of meat I wanted, and when I said I was actually wanting carne asada, he got aggravated and told me they could only do those in sets of two so if I wanted that he’d have to throw the first taco away and start over. He seemed incredibly annoyed with me and it was just a bit of a bummer. I got two chicken tacos (even though I’m pregnant and was craving carne asada) because I didn’t want him to waste food and could tell he didn’t want to be interacting with customers. When I asked for tots as my side he huffed and walked away like that was incredibly inconvenient. He packed my food to go even though I asked for it to be “for here” and I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Just a bit of a bummer for a local spot that I used to frequent and love the atmosphere of.

The most aggravating part is the food is good. But the staff just doesn't care. I sat on hold for 15 minutes, because I was trying to order off uber. These geniuses name breakfast burritos things like the hypogryff, and that it. How are we supposed to guess what 12 ingredients are in these items. But it's a fairly good breakfast burrito, untill you find out your allergic to spinach or peanuts, or whatever that weird purple berry you wouldn not expect in a breakfast burrito. But you have no idea because they don't describe any of their items, rhen when you call for clarification they just say can you hold for a minute, and leave you on hold for 30 minutes while they are happy rhe phone can't ring any more because your taking up the line. It's better if your eating there, which is nice, but not all of us have a working body thst makes going out for breakfast possible. So if you have working legs and want something interesting, just go into the store, cause otherwise their service is absolutely trashDietary restrictions: You don't know what they put in heir food cause they are too lazy to type up descriptions for their food

Quality has gone way down. I would describe my burrito as more of a wrap because it was refrigerator cold and I don’t think anything in it was cooked, raw vegetables and cheese was not melted.Tots on the other hand were melted together into one giant supertot, but also cold.Very disappointing
