EXCELLENT service. I was passing through town, thought I had an emergency, and they took time despite busyness to look at my trailer. No problems (it was my beater of a truck), and they even got me hooked up with the proper hitch free of charge! I paid for a new hitch ball, of course, but they were friendly, reasonable, and went above and beyond to help me when frankly there was no money in it for them. These guys are amazing! We had a bad trailer right before the 4th and somehow the managed to have it ready in no time. HIGHLY recommend them!

Called to inquire about a trailer and spoke to a guy that was totally rude - one word answers and abrupt. Don't work with customers if you hate people, find a different job.

Tyler, Matt is Terrible for your company. If he is the face of your company I recommend a demotion. He does not want to do quotes for free which is fine, but the fact that he cursed at me while explaining that is quite a turn off. I will be reaching out to Bradford Built Directly to inform them of the service I was provided.

A true pleasure to do business with these guys. Despite others reviews...Matt was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional.....and yes he was real in his language etiquette....previous review attacked him for this. Wow...snowflake! Never got the office lady's name with the "guard dogs" haha I'm jokin.Thank you for the dog fix.Anyways on point professional shop, walked in drove out with a badass dumpbed! THANK YOU!

I have done business with Timberline (Tyler) for many years and he has always treated me exceptionally. Always fair prices on new or trades, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing find exactly what I’m looking for, even if they have to complete the work/modifications in their own shop. I won’t go anywhere else for any of my trailer needs.
