This TOWN PUMP ain’t pumpin nearly as hard as some other TOWN PUMP locations pumpin. Take that how you wanna…. All I know is when I’m at or in a TOWN PUMP, I expect to be pumped or at the very least to be doing some pumpin of my own and there just doesn’t seem to be enough of either going down at this TOWN PUMP.

Get your act together and figure out how to get more help at your N. Reserve Store #1325.
You shouldn't have 1 checkout running at 3:15 in the afternoon and customers 8 deep waiting for a cashier to open their till. Also, Y'all need a sense of ungency within Town Pump Culture.

the car wash used to be decent, but now I can get a better wash by just hosing my car down in my driveway without even using soap, when I left the wash last night, I couldn't even tell that my car had been washed

You all need to hire some more people. There was a line of 30 people at like 5:15pm and only 1 person working and it looked like there was issues with the point of sale system. We had to put our stuff back on the shelves and leave.

I was looking forward to a clean car & paid for the $15 best wash. However, my car looked almost as dirty after going through the laser wash!! I’m waiting for a call back from the Car Wash Manager to get my money back. I’ll never ever ever go there again!!

Spent $15 on a car wash and only washed the driver side of my truck. Went in to let the cashier know and he said they were aware of the situation. That would have been nice to know before I spent $15 for half of a wash. He did refund my money however after asking for a refund.

It’s a busy c-store, but well stocked with friendly staff. BONUS: free air compressor for your vehicle. I’d add an extra star for that if I could.

The carwash billing machine did not accept my mastercard and my debit card...good that i have the cash enough to pay 11 for the basic...The basic with foam , soap was unable to remove those insect stain sticking on the windshield..

I wouldn't go back to this place if it were the last gas station on earth. The store has an odor and the cashier seemed to be auditioning for the rudest person in the county. Do yourself a favor and go to the clean, friendly gas station across the street.

I went in to cash in lottery tickets, I'm a 36 year old pretty heavy man with quite a bit of facial hair, I left my wallet in my car, the lady with pink hair asked for my ID. I ran back out to my car to grab it a little bit irritating because I'm pretty clearly over 18. Handed it to the lady and she scanned it and threw it back at me and it went on the floor under the patrons feet behind me. I honestly almost just completely lost it but instead I'm just writing a s*** review and hopefully they act on this.
