I just had a 345lb Curbside Only delivery, which required a simple few calls to dispatch to coordinate a narrower time window on the day of. Plus driver Stan gave me a 15min heads up! Plus assisted securing the load to my Appliance dollie and holding the building doors open for me . Many thanks for your coordination for this delivery within MY limited window. Oh, I've seen some prior reviews about attitude issues. Unnecessary! Just talk nice and ask for reasonable requests to coordinate delivery. Delays can happen..it stinks....It happened to me, but we worked through it! This team Will help you as much as possible!”
