This store has horrendous customer service and/or just super lazy employees that will close 30 seconds before the store is actually supposed to close and then ignore you when you just need to drop a package off that is already set to go....they also don't have a drop box outside just in case you don't get there 30 seconds before the store was supposed to close.

I have had over a dozen packages delivered by UPS in the last year. Every single one arrived in a severely damaged and/or open box with the items broken. The delivery person also leaves the door open to the building afterwards, despite a huge sign saying the door must be closed. UPS has a 0% success rate in delivering undamaged items to my address. The incompetence and gross negligence of UPS delivery personnel is unacceptable. Do not use them for your shipping needs ever.THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE USA.

The girls here are amazing. Brought my stuff in and they packaged it right away! I even had forgotten to take a part out of my package and had to come back. They opened it right up and I was on my way. Quick and simple.

I’m shocked that this location doesn’t have a 5 star average on Google. I have been in there countless times and have always had a good experience. I actually meant to write this review back in April after I came to send a package and was helped by Carissa and Brittany. Both were super friendly and professional!I’m always in and out rather quickly even when there is a line!Thanks for the awesome service!

I hate having to print stuff or return things but Kyle was very friendly and helpful. I got in and out of there in record speed. Super efficient location and great staff.

I end up coming here a lot, mainly to send back Amazon returns. It's situated at a not-so-convenient little area off Brooks Street with very minimal parking. I'm usually in and out in less than a minute. Most times there are at least two people at the counter and sometimes three. They offer copy and fax service as well as have your typical packing items for sale. The staff have always been very friendly and quick. When returning Amazon packages, most times you just need to bring the item in and they will scan the QR code on your phone. They then package it and label it for you. I've never had a bad experience here and highly recommend them. This location is the furthest from my house, but has always had the best service, so I continue to come here.

The notary lady working on this day informed me she had been a notary since 2013 and told me she could not sign my document.Told her I get it done at the ups store on Orange St all the time like this. She said “we don’t have a store on orange only on broadway”.Got my notary done once again by the great employees at the orange st store.The notary lady on brooks obviously needs more training and some common sense knowledge of where she lives. The ups store is on the corner of orange and broadway. Maybe ego some who suppression.People at Orange/Broadway store needs a raise.

I had made an appointment to have a German government form notarized. The form is written in 3 languages: German, English and French, side by side. The male employee insisted that he can't notarize the form on the form itself but on a separate sheet. The German government will not accept this. The reason for his refusal to notarize the actual form: "I can't read it." On July 9, 2022, the store on 2814 Brooks Str. in Missoula, was tended by a male employee that couldn't read English!

In and out. Just wish their satellite stores had the ability to scan codes. Seriously went to 2 locations 50 miles round trip before some one finally said WHY they couldn't take the pkg. So a 36 mile round trip to a full service store. Spent more in gas than dang near the pkg item was worth to return to Amazon. LET YOUR SATELLITE STORES/ DRIVERS SCAN CODES. PLEASE. SEND ON UP TO MANAGEMENT. Thanks.

if i could give them last than a 1 star i would. my boyfriends boss OVERNIGHTED a package to him with stuff for the bank. he paid 75 for it to get to us next day. one of the workers there proceeded to tell us we could not pick it up after it was not delivered and then STOLE the package from us.

Have been a customer for 6 years. The new owner is unprofessional and full of excuses. No easy way to change my mail after this long....means changing my life. If you use for everyday service you get what you get, but for the annual fee and mail forwarding service it's not the best. I travel for work and it's a service I pay for...was perfection with the prior owner, miss that team. I did a commercial for the prior team, this team uh.....hard pass.
