Went to cash a check written on their bank to avoid going to Walmart and paying a check cashing fee; well they wanted a $9 fee for having no account. So, off to Walmart we go.

Don’t use their ATM machine! I tried to deposit some money and the machine swallowed my money without any deposit showing in my account plus it said that the machine rejected $400 dollars but I didn’t get it back! I contacted the branch and they said there is an issue with machine! Seriously! Why you didn’t put any sign so customers will not use it! And they are saying that I have to wait 7-10 days to be able to claim MY MONEY back!

Absolutely ridiculous that I get out of my car, get my infant out of the car to go into the bank to make a Hefty deposit. For them to say they can’t help me. I have to get back into my car and drive to the drive though section. What kind of customer service is this that they don’t let us have personal interactions anymore.

The worst bank you could possibly work with. We have been with US Bank for over 20 years. The staff, whose hands are tied by the companies policies, are wholly unhelpful. Again, blaming the company, not the people that work there. We had savings accounts, checking accounts and loans with this company and the complete and utter nonsense that we have had to deal with had only increased. Take my advice and put your money elsewhere. After 20+ years we are leaving and could not be paid to take our business back to them.

What kind of business is only open 6.5 hours a day? Cannot do any transactions in the lobby any more, and if you could they are only open until 4 pm( unless they decide to close at 2pm which happens on a whim and frequently). I drive with a trailer attached to my vehicle regularly and cannot fit through the drive though, this leaves me to have to walk through the drive through. This place is a joke! I'll be taking my and my family's money somewhere else that is actually open during regular business hours!!

Best experiences banking I've ever had. Everyone I've ever interacted with gas been friendly and helpful. Lindsey is a pleasure to interact with. She's very personable and cares about her team, her customers, and what she does.

Worst experience with a car loan. Everything to get the process started was great, but that was it. It took 7 months for them to send the paperwork to the DMV to register the car. Everytime we called the branch the manager was unavailable and they could not give us a straight answer as to why it was still not processed. It took us calling corporate US Bank twice to get it taken care of. I have been a US bank customer for almost a decade and have never had this poor of an experience. Will definitely be using the other branch from now on.

First off, there is no reason a customer shouldn't be able to go inside for their banking issues. Almost every business is open, so covid is not an excuse...especially for a bank that sees small amounts of customers compared to other businesses.Second, the tellers at the drive through are rude and extremely slow. Then, when you become an angry customer due to how you are being treated, they make it out to be your fault. None of this would have happened if I were able to do my business inside!!!

If i could give them a 0 star review, i would. They are easily the SLOWEST bank ive ever gone to. They are also impossible to get ahold of and dont communicate with each other. They also flag your account if you deposit large checks into it. They are a very nosy bank. They look into your accounts to monitor your spending and then flag your account if you spend a lot of money or deposit a lot of money. I no longer trust this bank and you shouldnt either.

U.S. Bank is a great bank to have to manage my money. Very convenient for me of the bank being a national bank too.
