They never have my script on time. It's the same script every month, I even call the two days in advance and it's never ready on the right day. The text notification are a joke and it always says processing or in review then if you talk to a live person they just say the same thing with no explanation. I always get them three to four days after my script is done so I always miss the first 3-4 days of my meds every month because Walgreens can't get it together. Next month I am starting at a new pharmacy cuz I am over it. Poor poor service..

Dirty! Literally. Floors have not been cleaned in some time. Debris and voluminous dust bunnies litter the floor/corners in the area where you pick up and drop off prescriptions. The vaccine room is FILTHY! Visible dirt and grime. Disgusting and unsanitary. They should not be allowed to provide vaccines in those conditions.

Great customer service! I picked up a photo order and one framed pic didn’t turn out right (probably my fault) but they reprinted a correct photo. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great experience!

General manager Mari doesn't understand good customer service. I'm allergic to red/yellow dye. Got 7/20 white pills, needed to wait 2 days for the shipment. Called to see if the shipment of white pills came they said yes we will fill the rest 13/20. Husband picks up, I go to take one the next morning and they are orange.. Mari wouldn't take any fault for messing up and wouldn't help me. Told me to call urgent care to get another rx. HORRIBLE. That's why I go to Missoula Pharmacy they are AMAZING AND CARE, unfortunately they close on weekends and had to try Walgreens. I guess they can't read the allergy list or don't care OR both.

I dealt with the gentleman at the window (glasses dark hair?) He was great...we had to come back an hour later. Then when I returned I dealt with the Pharmacist....she was short, rude and very impolite. Gave us our bag (to find it wasn't all in there). I would recommend going somewhere else for you prescriptions. If your unhappy in your job...get another one.

This type of thing seems to happen repeatedly. I call yesterday to check on my prescriptions and they tell me that they have one and the other 1 will be in at 2 o'clock and to come in after 2 o'clock. So I call back around 2:30 and say I'm calling to check out my prescriptions and they say one is ready and they're getting the other 1 ready and I should come down in 15 minutes. I drive down there and they tell me I can't pick up one of them till the next day. Do they not understand the difficulty it takes some people to drive to the pharmacy? When they tell you that you can pick something up you should be able to pick it up. I should not drive there and be told I can't get it, then have to go back the next day. It's absolutely ridiculous the number of times this type of thing has happened to me with Walgreens pharmacy!

If you have the option to use another pharmacy, do it. I used Walgreen exclusively in Kansas City, but no more. I have had more than one strange experience here. Last night I tried to get a flu shot and covid booster... Look, if a senior finds transportation to the pharmacy on a cold night and there is no one waiting in line, would it be that hard to work them in? I was told, " I only give shots with an online reservation at my location." It felt like I was getting turned away from a fancy restaurant.

This is the best Pharmacy in Missoula and I have used many due to chronic and recurring health issues. They are up to date on vaccinations, very courteous and friendly, make going there pleasurable. Further they explain everything well and seem to genuinely care. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Was told prescription would be ready in 20 minutes after oral surgery. Waited 4t minutes still not done. My wife had to go 3 times over 3 hrs to try to pick up my prescription. We are senior citizens and they just don't care whether they lie to you or not. Extremely disappointed and letting AARP know they should not be a preferred provider.

This pharmacy, and specifically Marri, went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. Marri patiently helped me and my father out even though we were stressed out and likely not that pleasant to deal with. She was extremely accommodating and helpful in what would have otherwise been a disastrous situation were it not for her help. I cannot possibly recommend this place enough. We experienced a kind, compassionate and gracious human being when we desperately needed one.

The pharmacy staff has been absolutely great! We have been here an extended time due to covid and had to refill multiple prescriptions. The staff made it so easy and has been supportive and compassionate. All pharmacies could take lessons on customer service from these dedicated pros! From tech to pharmacist they have all been fantastic. Thank you!

So I bought a set of nail polish on sale with about 20 little bottles ( not a small pkg) and was charged double. I did not realize it until I got home. When I went to the store to show my receipt where I was charged for 2 the "manager" came out and said to my face " I will have to go check the video tape to see what you bought" I am a 66 year old women and was insulted that this clerk would think I would go to all the trouble of going back to the store to retrieve my $10. As a fraud! Obviously there is no customer service training for these young fools! If Walgreens has this for a policy how about NOT saying this to the customer and just stepping in the back to check!! Never again! And when I called to talk to the REAL manager she was clueless and unprofessional! Goodbye Walgreens Hello CVS!
