If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to switch pharmacy locations. I set all my preferences on to the new location. I had NO auto refils set, all my Dr.'s set my Rx's to the location I needed for 2 years yet they continued to fill at the wrong location. After over a year battle My Dr ended up being able to fix it. Now I just noticed today they're doing it AGAIN. Only now they're doing it on 2 other medications. Medications that my Dr.'s haven't sent there in 2 years. This is completely unprofessional an highly inconvenient. This is the last straw and I'm leaving. I'd highly think twice before using Walgreen's for your prescriptions.

Rude pharmacist. I live 30 minutes out of town and they gave me the incorrect prescription that I had to pay for. I didn’t notice I received the wrong one until I got all the way home and I explained I was already home and could bring it back in the morning. I was told I had to bring it back today or I wouldn’t get a refund for their mess up. Horrible customer service.

Very clean store. The bathroom is clean and stocked. Had to pick up meds. It's usually a little wait because they seem to be very busy. Gives you time to look around. The employees are helpful & dressed appropriately. Very professional.

I am a type one diabetic so I am insulin dependent. They never keep my insulin in stock and it always has to be ordered when it auto refills which makes me have to wait longer for it. I've been there at least a year you would think they would know to order it earlier or keep it in stock. This is irritating but not the end of the world.
I called them Monday because I had been waiting a week for my insulin to be filled, I figured it was out of stock. They told me that it was out of stock all week from theor distributer and it is back in stock and will be ready Tuesday. It was still not in so I called today. They told me I need prior authorization. Which is needed every year ig. This means they sent something to my doctor telling them they need to call insurance to tell them why I need this script. Prior authorization can take a week to get sorted out.
I also found out today they wouldn't have even been able to fill my script without the prior authorization which makes me think they have dropped the ball and someone is not trained right and doesn't ask when they don't know what something means.
I am very disappointed this can be life threatening for me. I am luck I had enough insulin to get me through, but I may not have enough by the time they actually fill it.

Bought a bunch of candy that was “on sale”. When I got to the register to pay. The associate asked if I had rewards. I replied, no. I paid for it without looking at the total, (my fault) then looked at the total and realized I didn’t get any of the sale prices. I asked the associate why that was, and he said that I only get the sale prices if I have rewards. I manage a furniture store. If we did that, my customers would be in an uproar. This is a horrible business practice. If you’re reading this and you’re Walgreens management, consider training your staff to tell customers that if they don’t have rewards they won’t receive the sale prices, BEFORE THEY PAY.

The techs in the pharmacy lie about when you can fill your prescriptions. They say "oh we can fill it tmrw" when in reality it's not till next week.

I called to inquire if a particular medication was in stock, was told yes. When I arrived they told me I could not get the RX for 8 days!!!!! They were clueless! It’s scary to think our medical well being is in the hands of people this incompetent

I have never been treated worse. Didn’t tell me my prescription was in the incorrect name, and which made me go on a wild goose chase to get it approved by my doctor, without knowing the actual issue. Could have been avoided with more transparency. When my doctor did call, she let me know that the pharmacist on the phone was very rude to her, and she suggested I avoid speaking to them as much as possible. When I finally got my prescription, the needles didn’t even fit into the syringes given to me. Waste of money and time, and humiliating. I called to let them know about their mistake, got no apology at all, only “Okay.” Is this how you treat all of your trans patients? Unacceptable across the board.

I use Walgreens to load cash onto a reloadable debit card. I use it first certain bills every month. Little short staffed, but the manager handles it like a pro. Thanks for the speedy assistance yesterday.

Please get a second opinion on medication costs! My husband would pick up my asthma inhaler here and they used to charge $30 which was fine but recently told us for the exact same amount is now $90 copay. We called insurance and got into an argument about it all. In the end we paid the $90 with no solutions.Normally we go to another Pharmacy but for some reason they couldn't fill the inhaler properly in the past so we had to come here. When they heard our story they looked at the medication again and our insurance. It was only then we found out that the $90 is not a copay but the amount the pharmacy needs to pay. Meaning, we should have gotten the inhaler for free!
