Has to be one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been in. The store just seems to have a very unusual smell to it and it's not very clean. I think they just need to do a huge deep clean of this place. The staff here I find are not that friendly at all. They often don't have the time to help you and just really avoid customers. You don't even want to get me started on the parking lot and how filthy it is and all the campers that are all over the place. I don't even know how they can call. This is supercenter. It's a sad reject.

I have many hobbies, I love birds; I feed and photograph them. Walmart has a nice selection of feed at a decent price. I frame photos with Walmart frames at times and they are good quality. Great variety of food, art supplies, music and toys. Your employees are helpful and very nice.

I was in there purchasing a phone this early evening. And the lady in the electronics department was extremely rude, degrading and the most unprofessional attitude I've ever had the unfortunateness of having to deal with, when I was being perfectly polite, she was almost bullying. Then ending the transaction not with any kind of heart felt thank you for shopping with us, but she pointed at my energy drink sitting on the counter and said, "Don't forget your beer! This is seriously up there, if not the Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered! Looking at my receipt it's not showing her name, but she was over weight, but misshaped! Very top heavy, waste up heavy! And the transaction and the incident also took place on 11/02/23 at time of 17:16:47 At the Walmart store in Missoula Montana, 4000 hwy 93 South. Missoula mt. 59804 ..I guess I just don't know what to say and to who! I mean, I come in there spending over 100 dollars in just one of the transactions I did in that store this evening, just to got treated like garbage! And I'm sure nothing will be done about this, and most certainly not any kind of compensation for me having to go through this kind of stress.. it's after 3am now, and I can't sleep from literally the trauma that lady caused for no reason at all!! First thing tomorrow, I'm calling corporate and lawyers!

I ordered sunglasses from the vision center and have been totally disappointed with the service and the product. I picked out a frame and received a call 3 days later that they were ready to be picked up. I drove 45 miles each way only to find out that the lens were not the color that I ordered. They did a redo and four days later I drove back again to pick them up... yep!! You guessed it. They were still the wrong lens color, The woman there had no explanation as to why it happened again. This time she wanted me to pay before they would send the sunglasses back for a third time....are you kidding me? I said what if they are wrong again? She said that if I was not happy then they would give me a refund. At that point I said I am not driving in again for a third time, and then left. This place is a joke. I guess it is true that you get what you pay for. The only thing I got was aggravation, 180 miles of driving, and no sunglasses. Will never go back

Before COVID, I used to know how to walk in and out of Walmart and all stores in general. Now, I need the assistance of multiple employees shouting at me all at once to know how to exit. Which also seems a little like holding me against my will. Yikes!

This is one of two Wal Mart locations in Missoula. This is my preferred location to shop at, unfortunately it's not the closest. Regardless, I still find myself shopping here a lot. Just like any other Walmart, it is a supercenter. Here you can find everything from groceries, toiletries and clothing, to electronics, housewares, and toys. They also have a photo center and you can also purchase money orders if that is something you need. At the front of the store is also an optical center which I have never personally used. Their garden center is open year round and during the spring and summer months they sell a variety of different plants, soil, and gardening tools. I have no complaints at all about the cleanliness of the actual store. The aisles are neat and clutter free and the employees seem great about making that a priority. The restrooms on the other hand, are almost always dirty. I've used the restrooms at both the front and back of the store and they are consistently dirty. There are plenty of self checkout lanes, but they do end up closing most of them down the later it gets at night. This is the smaller Wal Mart store in town so their selection of items isn't always the greatest, but that's never usually an issue for me. I typically know what I want before I even walk in so that way I'm not in there too long. It's definitely a one-stop-shop for those in Missoula and the surrounding areas.

The worst. Huge, set up poorly for navigating around isles and other people during COVID. Also I spent $176 there tonight & I had to scan and bag all my own groceries. I hate Walmart's ethics and hadn't been to one in over ten years. Happy and luckily privileged to not have to return to another for another ten years I hope.

this wal mart really sucks. i bought me and my roomate money orders to pay our rent. no cash payments to our landlord allowed. the mean nasty worker accused me of money laundering in front of people and would not answer me when i repeadedly asked what i did wrong. i called the manager and complained and he didnt answer me either. i filed a complaint with corporate. i was embarrassed and that nasty b.... behavior and slander was unnacceptable. 0 stars. btw i live on 750 a month. hardly a money launderer. my money mostly goes to rent which is high in missoula.

I don't really ever have any issues at this walmart. Sometimes it's hard to find a checker due to self checkout but when I do find one they are pretty nice folks. Mature and respectful. That matters to me. Definitely an older group of people so not surprised at the professionalism and grace they show their customers. But even the younger ones are respectful. Brought a vacuum back tonight and a manager named Chris made us feel compelled to say something good about this Walmart - as its important to write good reviews for businesses too, and we truly do have positive experiences here. She made the process easy for us and made us feel very satisfied that we were leaving with one that wouldn't break easily:-) It can't be easy for a store to deal with flawed merchandise (losses), but if we get something that doesn't work on a rare occasion, they always make it right so we have decent stuff. We shop here about once a week for a business and for home. It's a good store for customer service. I will say that this matters even more when customers are grouchy and they can still be good to them:-) Glad there is still a store in town with modern low prices, yet some old fashioned customer service! Thankful for this:-)

I think gerbils could communicate more helpful service than the customer service department. I don't know if putting people on hold is a ploy to get them just to hang up so they don't have to answer their question, but it worked. Just going to buy everything on amazon from now on.

The older lady doctor at the eye care center is the worst doctor I've ever had. I just got glasses and need contacts for my work and she told me I am not old enough to get contacts and that I need to just be wearing my glasses. She didn't even do the eye test because she said it wasn't worth her time.... I WILL NEVER go back, she also charged me the 65$ eye fee when all I did was sit in her chair and have her tell me I'm not old enough for contacts(IM 20), I should be wearing my glasses cause ill be wearing contacts my whole life.... very very rude. I wouldn't go...

Got yelled at and followed by the greeter/cart guy because I tried leaving out the entrance door. He said I wasnt allowed to leave and had to return to the store and leave out the side that said exit. I had dropped off my cart and since I was closer to the entrance side I just went ahead and headed that way. He followed me yelling and it was embarrassing. I told him he could look at my receipt, and he said no, that I could talk to the manager, but that I wasnt leaving out of the side that said entrance no matter what. So I opted to speak to the manager the whole time he is saying loudly I am wrong. She had to tell him to stop talking because he wouldnt let me speak. I had offered up my stuff that was in my bag, the manager looked so embarrassed she just let me leave. I wont be returning there. If they dont want someone leaving out of a door that opens, they shouldnt have it open both ways. It was humiliating standing there having him getting louder making it sound like I was stealing when all I had done was return my cart where I picked it up and tried to leave. Did I end up leaving from the entrance door...you are damn right I did.

They need more cashiers in the return and money center. Every time i go in to put money on my green dot debit card, its a nightmare. Every transaction is so irritatingly slow. No excuses. My cashier felt uncomfortable counting cash so he had another worker do it. Insane. I would love to stay away but i need my debit card. They have me my the balls.

I would be very leery about doing business with this pharmacy. I was quoted a price on the phone of $4 for a prescription. When the automated voice called me, the price was $31. I called the pharmacist to find out about this and I was told "I'm so sorry, you were given the wrong information". Too bad for me, now it's too late to get it from the mail order pharmacy so I have to pay their price or skip the medical procedure. I doubt I'll do any more business with them.
