Has to be one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been in. The store just seems to have a very unusual smell to it and it's not very clean. I think they just need to do a huge deep clean of this place. The staff here I find are not that friendly at all. They often don't have the time to help you and just really avoid customers. You don't even want to get me started on the parking lot and how filthy it is and all the campers that are all over the place. I don't even know how they can call. This is supercenter. It's a sad reject.

I have always found the customer service excellent at the Highway 93 Walmart in Missoula. I just had to cancel an appointment at the pharmacy and the tech was incredibly knowkedgable and friendly. I always go here for vaccines because of the friendly and professional service I receive.

I have many hobbies, I love birds; I feed and photograph them. Walmart has a nice selection of feed at a decent price. I frame photos with Walmart frames at times and they are good quality. Great variety of food, art supplies, music and toys. Your employees are helpful and very nice.

I was in there purchasing a phone this early evening. And the lady in the electronics department was extremely rude, degrading and the most unprofessional attitude I've ever had the unfortunateness of having to deal with, when I was being perfectly polite, she was almost bullying. Then ending the transaction not with any kind of heart felt thank you for shopping with us, but she pointed at my energy drink sitting on the counter and said, "Don't forget your beer! This is seriously up there, if not the Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered! Looking at my receipt it's not showing her name, but she was over weight, but misshaped! Very top heavy, waste up heavy! And the transaction and the incident also took place on 11/02/23 at time of 17:16:47 At the Walmart store in Missoula Montana, 4000 hwy 93 South. Missoula mt. 59804 ..I guess I just don't know what to say and to who! I mean, I come in there spending over 100 dollars in just one of the transactions I did in that store this evening, just to got treated like garbage! And I'm sure nothing will be done about this, and most certainly not any kind of compensation for me having to go through this kind of stress.. it's after 3am now, and I can't sleep from literally the trauma that lady caused for no reason at all!! First thing tomorrow, I'm calling corporate and lawyers!

My regular pharmacy didn’t have the right dose of medication prescribed for me. Walmart did and they were friendly and helpful.

Had about a $400 bill from a couple prescriptions but they applied some GoodRx coupons and dropped it down to about $70. Great customer service

Bad place to work wrongful termination Lisa And Hannah are mean vicious managers with inproper times for huge pallets. They treat you like your a piece of s*** still have not recieved my second paycheck i worked there for 2 months as stock 2pm- 11pm monday- friday. It was pure hell. Im gonna take legal action and sue for millions. Never work there. They purposely denied my time off. My direct deposit got messed up hr messed up my birth day so i had to get checks sonia did that. The work phone doesnt work neither does the scanners or printers. The managers dont help u figure out the work phone and treat u like s*** and yell at you when u ask for help both are bipolar ita ran like communisum. I requested thanksgiving off now im unemployed thanks to them nov 23- 26th i was wrongfully terminated when i said 2 months in advace that i was expected to go to my family. Im taking legal action because i never recieved my second paycheck its been a week. The door abruptly opened after they didnt let me speak. I handed the vest abd work phone in on mt way out the a** hole said thats property damage when i didnt do damage mentally instable faciest managers that are crazy and powerr hungry see you in court.

I ordered sunglasses from the vision center and have been totally disappointed with the service and the product. I picked out a frame and received a call 3 days later that they were ready to be picked up. I drove 45 miles each way only to find out that the lens were not the color that I ordered. They did a redo and four days later I drove back again to pick them up... yep!! You guessed it. They were still the wrong lens color, The woman there had no explanation as to why it happened again. This time she wanted me to pay before they would send the sunglasses back for a third time....are you kidding me? I said what if they are wrong again? She said that if I was not happy then they would give me a refund. At that point I said I am not driving in again for a third time, and then left. This place is a joke. I guess it is true that you get what you pay for. The only thing I got was aggravation, 180 miles of driving, and no sunglasses. Will never go back

Before COVID, I used to know how to walk in and out of Walmart and all stores in general. Now, I need the assistance of multiple employees shouting at me all at once to know how to exit. Which also seems a little like holding me against my will. Yikes!
