Office is unstaffed unless you call ahead, if you call ahead, they tell you to go to their website and send an email. Email responses may take a couple days. Not terrible, but not great. Decent rates.

Good storage and friendly service. I've been renting for a while. My biggest qualm is their "auto pay". It doesn't account for late fees if a payment doesn't go through and will accumulate till they shut your code off after fees have accumulated for months.
