I called to see if my family could check in an hour and a half early and the employee at the front desk was incredibly snarky and rude. If I could have after that conversation, I would have canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere. After our stay this weekend, we will not re-book with this hotel.

This has to be my favorite hotel I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. The hotel is very clean all times of the day and anytime I need anything the staff is always there to help. The way I rate a place is by the staff and customer service and so far they have not let me down for a second especially Cassidy! She is always there when I need something for my room or to assist in giving me a new key card every time I lose one lol she is great. I will definitely come back here every chance I get they do not disappoint.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The lady at the desk Cassidy was super helpful and kind. The rooms were great! Will come back for sure!

Stayed here for about 3 months due to husbands job. We loved Zorah. Good size rooms, pretty simple but up-to-date feel, super friendly staff. Rooms could be cleaner, no kitchen dishes or utensils provided unless purchased, sometimes it is difficult to get fresh bed linens due to low staff. The only thing that was super frustrating is how noisy it can be if you get loud ppl above or next to your room, you hear everything :( All in all, good experience!

One star removed due to one simple fact - there is no kitchenware in the room. Although everything else is ok. Nice and convenient location (close to highway, stores and restaurants) and good price! The rooms are cleaned every two weeks or on demand! I strongly recommend hiring a car - the closest is Enterprise, just cross the bridge or rail track.

Woodspring was very gracious, and accommodating. During a tough time when I needed to resort to an extended stay hotel, I was so happy to have a place with friendly staff that humored my requests, even the more unusual ones. For the price, I was happy with what I got.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I travel for work, live on the road & this is the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is fairly new so does not look bad but the rooms smell like cat piss & i tried 3 different rooms. It all wood construction with no insulation so the people below, above & to the sides sound like they are in the same room. I can actually here the phone vibrate in the room next to me every time they get a text. They will only clean your room every two weeks & it's a fight to get that. They have Kitchenettes but no utensils. No pots, pans, glasses, silverware nothing. They told me to go to Walmart & purchase stuff if I wanted to cook. They do not supply TP, clean towels, coffee, tea, soap, Kleenex.... Absolutely nothing you would normally get at even a low level hotel. I put my trash can in the hallway because they normally dump it. Not this place, they waited until I was gone, opened my door & put it back in my room. There is no one in the office on a schedule so it's gates down & closed at night. If you get locked out you will be sleeping with all the other homeless people in the parking lot & in the train station this place sets in the middle of.

Overall, the room was okay, but just that. One drawer in our room hadn't been cleaned and was full of chip remnants. This hotel is barely above a Super 8. The beds were okay, but there weren't any stir sticks or napkins in the coffee area. Very basic. I can't figure out how the previous guest ratings were so high.

I never stayed myself but I did do housekeeping there... The hotel staff is pretty friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is kinda out but overall it's a pretty good place.

The hotel was OK. The girl that was working in the mornings on July 24th and 25th was rude. We asked to move room and she said we would have to ve out of our room that morning before we went to work. It was 715am and we had to be to work by 8am so I told her there was no way we would be able to get all of our stuff packed and in another room that morning and she said that was the only way we could do it. O did I mention our a/c in that room didn't work. So therefore we were stuck in that room another nite sweating. The next morning I went back down to the front desk and it was a different girl working and she said no problem we could do it when we got back there at 515pm so we did. Why couldn't the first girl do it for us?? I asked the first girl about the soda machine not working and she said oh sorry I don't know. Very bad experience. I will say tho that Cassidy was very helpful the whole time we were there and we were there 9 days.

IF you like to sleep than know that the walls are paper thin. You hear every door closing as well as your fridge making constant loud noises IF you use a luggage cart to transfer luggage or groceries. Be aware they are all broken in some form or fashion IF you can't physically open the door because of a disability. Sorry ! No button to push to auto open doors. IF you need to wash your clothes. Know that the W/D units are dirty with human hair IF you like your room clean. Know that they may come every 2 weeks IF you need ice. Come prepared with your own IF you need front desk help. Good luck IF you see they have coffee. It's a 50/50 chance IF you need help ..... LOL It may be reasonable in price but is the savings worth it ? Maybe maybe not.

The front desk employees were friendly but unfortunately the good thing about this hotel end at the front desk. The room we were in stunk like old food. The stove had crusty burned on food on it. There were toe mail clippings under the bed along with other trash. The bed pillows were flat. For an extended stay hotel the only item to use for eating or cooking was 2 spoons in a filthy drawer. We could not get out of the hotel fast enough. The only good thing about this place is we didn't bring bed bugs home with us.

This extended stay hotel does not train their front desk staff regarding federal privacy law. Specifically, your room number and your name are spoken aloud in the hotel lobby, making your private information known to anyone in the lobby overhearing it. That personally identifiable information (PII) being spoken aloud and overheard by anyone in the lobby violates guests' federally protected privacy and exposes guests to potential danger. This is especially worrisome for anyone, traveling, alone, especially women, seniors, and the disabled.

Hotel NOT recommended. The evening manager is rude, unkind, down right unpleasant. I would never recommend this location if she is working there. I walked into the hotel and booked a room I did not use the internet in advance. I purchased one night and I walked into the hotel room after seeing the room returned to the lobby requested to cancel the reservation . I was told only the manager could refund the charge the clerk just made 1 minute ago. After waiting for the manager she arrived and she said she did not need to refund my purchase. In the end she refused to give me any receipt that I would be refunded. I learned the cleaning crew just quit and I could tell why - who would want to work for her. She has curly blond hair and works night and she is rude and should be trained on customer service.
