My experience at this bank has been awful. Erica the president of this branch in Plains, Mt. Has allowed my debit account to be fraudulently garnished and my Codiv 19 stimulus payment to be scammed and then after admitting it was an internet scam didn't even put in a dispute for me to recover my money, and then lied to me about it.

Bonnie Smith at the Plains branch was very helpful when I opened my account. She explained things thoroughly and didn't rush me into a decision about which accounts to choose.
