She helped me out when she didn’t have to and had every right not to, don’t be confused though she’s not a push over! Helped me with a part return explained there policy and gave me a very large bag to protect my parts in case I need to return, which with her service and expertise I doubt I will have to! 5 stars directly to Kim, give that lady a raise corporate! Look at the return service and happy customers! Keith was also very nice on the phone, but Kim if not a raise promote her and listen to her, she will be a great asset and the returns would be massive!”
