As soon as my insurance company replied to the estimate, they started ordering parts immediately. This was months before other shops could start working on my car. I was updated about the process every few days. My car looked like nothing happened. Customer service was very personable, real and professional. “The folks here were great to work with. They are super busy but worked with us to get our Subaru Ascent repaired over the Christmas week. Getting parts is a challenge and they checked in with us on a regular basis to keep us updated. We will need to take the car back in for one last sensor to be installed when the part is finally delivered but that's not Collision Crafts fault. The quality of the work so far is excellent.”
