After 20 years of being a customer there closing my account and took the last few dollars out because I don’t have any money coming in to make a deposit. Years of being a customer mean nothing, sad and pitiful business practices, they have changed over the years adding hidden fees and not being neighborly so sad. Good bye I guess, not happy…

Everything was going really well until they started decreasing the hours of operation for each day.And they've done it so consistently, so much, that I cannot physically go to this bank with the hours they have anymore. I work from 8-5, Monday-Friday. Which means by the time I finish working, all these banks around are closed. I'm considering switching banks because these hours are just killing my ability to deposit or withdraw anything.

Called to arrange a specific amount of change. Was rudely told by the vault supervisor that they cant help out unless I have an account with that branch. I told her I didn’t know my account number twice and was hung up on the second time. So much for the small town atmosphere and putting the customer first. Never going back to this location.
