I was helped by a handsome customer service rockstar named Richard Thomas who helped me set up a free checking account within a few minutes and was very pleasant to speak with. I felt very welcome and look forward to going back to the bank :)

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the online banking, the app, bill pay/money transfers have been an absolute nightmare. Customer service offers absolutely zero help or solutions. I’ve never had so many issues with a bank in my life. Don’t go here.

Maybe their other branches (like the one in Ronan or the one in Missoula or even the drive-through near the theaters in Polson - all three are 5 stars and are great) have spoiled me, but I typically avoid this branch in Polson as the people aren't as friendly or as nice as the other branches. It wasn't just one time, it has been several times over the years and over different things.

We went to the drive thru window to get change and was asked for an I.D. to get change if they had any suspicion of it being counterfeit wouldnt they just mark the bill to see if it's fake. And it being a car with natives I'm pretty sure that's why we were asked for an I.D.

I love doing business with Glacier Bank. When I go in for services the people are friendly and sharp. I was in today working on an IRA issue and getting loan information. Shauna Rubel is always fantastic. Clear to the point and gets things done. She referred me to Megan for the IRA and I remember when she started working there. She told me it was 3 years ago. She is one of the sharpest young people I have met in some time. And she knows her stuff on IRA's. Very glad to have chosen Glacier when we moved here a few years back.
