I bought a four pack of banana nut muffins and there was a hair in it it was black, when I returned it to ask me for the receipt even though the package was not open it had the store stamp on it I still have the receipt I showed it to her, she didn't offer to give me my money back and replace it, we did just an equal exchange and I was looking at the checkstand bubble balloons and they are all under inflated they were not appealing at all.

I try to buy organic. There is a decent selection here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Place is very clean and always well stocked. Produce is of good quality

Today, I placed two Drive up and go orders. First, let me say, as always, my grocery order was ready early, which I really appreciate. SecondIy, I couldn't open the Safeway ap to notify the store I was on my way. Third, when I arrived at the store, I still couldn't open the ap and the pickup phone lines were out of service. I went in the store to let them know I had arrived. The store was crazy busy. The staff and the store manager couldn't have been nicer. I've always had excellent service from the Drive up and go staff! Always friendly and efficient.

Safeway here is my response to your request of why you would like to know why I gave a one stare.
Go in look how your employees are, customers responses, and the most important thing I highly recommend is talk with following part listen and watch the body language. You can learn why and how it's possible that a major company can falter.
So please talk, listen, watch, and mack a good change in the positive way to improve this store with all other stores across the borde even the company that you have joined in the bigger part as well.

Just got a bunch of rotten Safeway brand hamburger out of here. Someone mixed it with bison before we knew, so hi five on that corner cut friends!

Shop the sales! Sign up for the rewards and get $$$ off on Safeway gas.
Safeway has great buys on two for one meat and other goodies! Way better store than Walmart! If you ho to Walmart make sure that what you buy is charged correctly at the checkstand!!!! Many of the prices are WAY higher than what is displayed!!!

Best deals in the valley. Too bad it's all the way down in Polson. Whatever you do don't go to Harvest Foods in Bigfork. They are by far the most expensive grocery store in the entire valley. Constantly raising prices 10 cents at a time

We were in town for a small wedding, I had the flowers made here. Miss Bree did a beautiful job bouquets and boutonnières were lovely. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much Bree/ Safeway flower department the ceremony was beautiful!
