There hours are wrong on the website and they change their hours all the time. They are never open on Sundays and close at 2:00 on Saturdays. Sometimes they are closed on Saturdays. You can try to call but they don’t answer and their machine is full and can’t leave a message.

I am very disappointed in this store and UPS. I paid them $175.to package some ceramic tiles for me to ship, and they all were broken when they arrived at their destination. There was no padding in the box and never marked fragile or heavy very very upset and I double checked with them when I was talking to the guy about packaging it to make sure that they were gonna make sure it had lots of padding because they were very fragile unbreakable. These tiles are not able to get anywhere.. I just happen to have some Left and now there is nothing that can replace them extremely upset and disappointed in UPS.

This is a fabulous business. Excellent customer service and the packaging services are truly perfect. Syndy can be counted on to get valuables delivered in perfect condition. Always a pleasure to deal with!

The owner was so helpful when I brought returns that needed shipped back to Amazon suppliers. She made my experience very positive even though I had made an error. She will have my business again for sure. Thank you for making a positive difference for me today.

Read all the reviews before patronizing this establishment. You’ll find that the owner Syndee has a long history of being confrontational and rude to her customers. My experience wasn’t as such but she was very assertive and made me feel like it was her way or the highway. Charged me $180 to ship a 1 pound package overnight UPS to Texas. After I was done paying, she made sure to tell me that if something goes wrong they’ll be nothing she can do for me. This made me feel like she expected something to fully go wrong and it did, UPS driver never stopped to pick up package for over a week. I called to ask for her help. She aggressively told me that I needed to be patient and wait, even though I paid a ridiculous amount of money to have this thing picked up and shipped overnight, which brings me to my next issue. After I read everybody else’s reviews I found that this place has a history of overcharging and sure enough, I checked the rates and they were about $50 cheaper if I would’ve went directly through UPS which I couldn’t do because the shipping process is so convoluted you have to have credit cards on file and have accounts before they’ll even ship anything for you now. Long story short, never patronizing this establishment again, another example of a business owner knowing we have little or no other options so they capitalize on this. Thanks, Syndee you were horrible. Is customer service your number one goal or is your bottom line? So much for a small town service and neighbors looking after neighbors.

Please post your new hours (now closed on Sundays) online so people don't have to make unnecessary trips only to read the sign on the door. Both Google and the UPS Store website showing you as OPEN until 3 pm on Sundays.

I have recently moved from the state of Washington to Polson. The service provided by the UPS store here is outstanding, courteous, professional and helpful. After picking up the mail, there is always an appreciative smile on my face. Thank you UPS store in Polson.

This is a difficult location to use. They quoted $900 for something I called missoula and can get done for $149 a day earlier. They also like to deny shipping on items that they don't know what they are. I won't be returning to this location because of the insane prices and arbitrary decisions. Corporate should definitely take a look at this operation.

Staff and owner are completely lacking in honor, and ability to keep their word. Horrible customer relations!!!!
called the Polson UPS Store, to have a package delivered there and held for me. I was told the store would charge me $5 to receive the package.
I went to pick up the package, and was told I needed to pay $10 to pick up my package. I asked why they were doubling the price and was told $5 was for a standard package, and I did not tell them the size of the package, it was oversize and that cost $10.
I asked why the clerk I spoke with, on the phone, didn’t tell me the price schedule and she said “why would I?” I answered, because I’m the customer, and I don’t know your policies and was told I should have told them the package size, and that was my responsibility to do so.
In all, the staff did not get out of hand, but they and the woman, who identified herself as the owner, were rude, unwilling to even entertain the idea they should have said they have a tiered cost system and just expected me to eat the extra cost above what I was quoted. I don’t know, but I guess their staff are ok with paying above what they are quoted in their lives, but I expect people and businesses to keep their word and accept their mistakes.
