we live in a spilt living apartment all of the doors are marked with each and all residents and they still can’t be bothered to walk 5 feet and put it at the door. this will be the third time the delivery service has thrown my package in the flower bed. and if they do decide to get out they can never just read the package and deliver it to the correct/ corresponding door. extremely poor service/ operation

We ordered a package that was supposed to be shipped to our house. This post office did not even try to deliver it, they simply sent it back to the sender. They offered no fix for this and no way to recall the package.

Aaron, Ed and Elijah are always the best! No matter how nuts it is and how long the lines are, they always take the time to help me with a smile and a bit of conversation. And Ed has gone above and beyond to help me with a mailbox key mishap. No matter how many grumbling, angry people they get in their lines, I have seen nothing but professionalism and courtesy every time. Thank you, guys!

One star. Avoid at all costs. The Polson, Montana USPS office is a disaster. I've had multiple packages delayed, mis-sorted, and even seemingly just…forgotten. Tracking information is unreliable. It's clear there's a serious management problem here. Packages arrive damaged, late, or not at all. Don't trust this post office with anything important – you're better off driving to the next town to ship your packages, and if you have to use this one then just go pick up your mail. The incompetence is breathtaking. Seriously, I've had better luck sending things by carrier pigeon. This office needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

After six months of reporting mismailings and deliveries for people that no longer live at my address, as well as leaving notes for the delivery driver, today it took me being hung up on nine times by the polson post office for them to tell me it's a contract delivery service and they don't have a lot of control over it. Excuse me? You don't have any control over the deliveries that you facilitate and supervise? What function do you serve then? You don't sort mail, you don't make deliveries, you can't control who gets delivered what and you want to hang up on me because I'm upset that's there's more mail for other people than myself in my mailbox every day? What a joke.

I’m constantly not getting my mail, and receiving other peoples mail and packages in my mail box. I dont appreciate that my private mail ends up with other people. I receive picture notifications of what’s coming to my mailbox and some of it ends up god knows where. Please fix this issue. I do not appreciate my privacy being breached because someone’s rushing and not paying attention. It’s illegal to open others mail so why’s it okay to put my mail in others mailbox?

The people behind the counter are nice, but their mail delivery drivers are terrible. We frequently have our packages delivered to neighbors, and recently an Amazon package was "left in mailbox" but wasn't there... the USPS phone system is useless and it takes days to hear back on an automated service request, meanwhile we still don't have our item.
