My experience started with Max who was honest about what he could help with since it was a business account. Then coming back in Jen, General Mgr, made my experience fun and personable. She then handed me off to Marcus who brought it all together with very few issues. While there are some glitches between Verizon (corporate) and their retail stores, this retail store helped with the road blocks and were very accomodating! Well done Polson Verizon!

Marcus was great. He helped me get a new phone after mine was no longer usable. He also helped me understand what I was paying for. I left knowing I was paying a reasonable amount for my phone service.

Both my wife and I had some issues (ok, lots of issues) with our phones and tablets after a recent upgrade. Jen Sams at the Polson Store was awesome. It did take a few days but she was consistently professional, very nice, and super knowledgeable. She also cleaned up our account that another store in California totally messed up. Kudos to Jen and the staff at this store.

I came in because I had a broken screen and needed a new phone. I dealt with the general manager whose name is Jen, and she was awesome! She was juggling 3 others client's and their needs all while making sure I was being taken care of. Quickly she had everyone taken care of and all was good!
I came back a couple days later because I had locked myself out of my Google account and was pulling my hair out. Jen worked with me to figure out what I needed to do and she got me back into my Google account within about 10 minutes. Thanks again Jen!

Marcus at the Polson Verizon store did incredible!! He broke it all down for me and answered all my questions. He was extremely patient with me. It felt like I kept asking the same questions and Marcus would just answer all of them for me and help me better understand the process. Even with other customers in store Marcus made me feel comfortable and prioritized and he completed my upgrade in a timely manner. I will highly recommend others to visit Marcus at the Polson store.

Service was incredible, the ladies were so friendly and fun! Only down side was the door that would not stop opening and rushing air coming in making I hard to focus. Would happily give 5 stars if the door were fixed!

Today I had an amazing experience at my local Verizon store, I walked in they greeted me with a smile and was eager to assist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me answer all my questions with patience and expertise. Jen was the woman I worked with, I highly recommend visiting this Verizon location, their dedication to customer service truly sets the bar.

Marcus at the polson Verizon was one of the best people I have ever worked with.
All around made my day great came in upset about my phone not charging and left with an amazing new I phone 16 pro max and got me an amazing deal. Highly recommend going to see Marcus at the polson Verizon
