After a quick trip to the ER I stopped in at closing time yesterday and I could see they already counted the money and were ready to leave. I explained that my 1 year old really needed his medicine and expected to be told "sorry about your luck". The wonderful ladies behind the counter not only filled his prescription but they did so with big smiles on their faces and told me that it was no problem.

I transferred with the pharmacy from HealthCare Plus @ Super 1 when Walgreens opened. I decided this based on the consistent, professional and trustworthy handling of my meds by pharmacy staff as well as the personal treatment I received. Since many of them were the same people I knew from HCP, I found it best to continue with the same people. I find the pharmacy to be the best handled in my area. They've always done everything possible to help resolve any issues, helping to keep my refills on track suited to my needs in the most efficient way and timely manner possible and have always treated me with great respect. A person knows when they matter when the staff knows you on a first name basis or meaningfully asks after your health and family. The store staff are extremely friendly and always helpful guiding you or directing you to find specific items. I am a loyal Walgreens customer for many of the things I buy for my family and myself and will continue to be for a long time to come.

Pharmacy can sometimes be a bit slow but typically goes above and beyond. Numerous times they've worked with prescriber and insurance company to fix issues on one or the others end. Rest of the store/staff is meh.

Horrible experience. Totally incompetent pharmacy staff. Told me my script was picked up days ago in another city (wrong) and told me my immediate need script had not been called in. All of this after being told it would be 15 minutes while they filled them. And 15 minutes later, suddenly they don't have them, so sorry. Drive home, call and told oops we made a mistake and you can come your scripts, we have them all right here.
