C.C. stands for Curt C., obviously. I had to stop in. It was legend... ... ...airy. I enjoyed shopping here- this guy has it all figured out for the t-shirts. He has all the designs that are available around the perimeter of the store, and you can get it printed on any manner of t-shirt, koozie, hoodie, hat, whatever. He lets you paw through the items to see if they meet your specifications before he irreversibly prints on it, and toss 'em back in a bin if you don't like 'em. There's also a bunch of kitchy kinda Montana stuff- Montaniana, if you will. There's things like jewelry that's not made from the local mining product, coal. There's also hats and belt buckles, kinda western stuff. The store is welcoming- the clerk was friendly and chatted everyone up. I'll bet if you talk with him long enough, he could recommend the best t-shirt stencil for you. The place is easy to get to, parking is all parallel on Red Lodge's main strip. This place looks like an old bar or a pharmacy or something. It's certainly an old looking, interesting building.

I can’t say enough good things about this fun little T-shirt shop! The kids got to pick out and design their own shirts, the owners were so patient and helpful! Have a great summer CC Legends! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing place! Looked all over Red Lodge for a sweatshirt, couldn’t find one we liked. These guys had so many options! Ended up with 3 sweatshirts and 2 other shirts. Very friendly and we will definitely be back!

If you're searching for the quirky, the ordinary, or a gift in general, then CC Legends is a must-stop spot in Red Lodge. Don't make the mistake of thinking its an ordinary place, because you'll be missing out. It's probably classified as a tourist stop -- and it is -- but it's a good place to explore, pick up a few souvenirs and kitschy mementos, but it's also a great place to meet the resident canine mascot, listen to the owner tell his maybe not-so-tall-tales, and hear a lot of behind-the-scenes discussions of local affairs. However, if you do need to a treat, a greeting card, or a hat or t-shirt (with or without a slogan), or some shoes, and you're still working your way through all the unique shops along main street and don't want to leave the area, then C.C. Legends can help you out.

We went in as the owner opened up the shop. Great guy and full of information about the area. Printed a couple of shirts for us as we waited. Nice to see the personal interest and have a pleasant conversation with people. Makes a rode trip that much more enjoyable.

He charged my mentally handicapped aunt for two car decals she didn't buy, total of $8. I noticed that the amount he quoted her sounded a bit high, but I assumed I misread the price of the earrings she bought because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. He was a very nice, friendly guy, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Hoping this was a genuine mistake and not him taking advantage of her, but you never know. I just have a hard time believing you could accidentally ring someone up for TWO items that she never even looked at, especially when they never made it into the bag, she only bought two things to begin with, and we were the only ones in the store. $8 might not seem like a lot, but it is a lot of money for her. It's a nice store and I recommend checking it out--just double check the price before you pay.
