Needed a good deal on a used car. After shopping around on the internet, I decided to check out our local dealer, Don Aadsen Ford. I contacted the dealership ahead of time and made an appointment to meet with Gene. I was running a little late but Gene from sales still met me at the front door and was very knowledgeable about his inventory. We test drove my new car and Gene was extremely responsive to my questions. Despite being an older guy, he was sure current on the many new features on the vehicle. My wife was asking questions about the other vehicles on the lot and I don't think there was a single one that Gene wasn't knowledgeable about. Once we returned to the dealership, Gene and the rest of the team were very helpful with the rest of the process and I drove away with the car I was hoping for, at the price I wanted. There was no pressure or hype besides a little on the extended warranty which I had already decided I was going to purchaseI was very impressed with everyone's patience with my extremely rambunctious 5 year old throughout the process.

I bought a used very expensive car from Don Aadsen Ford and was promised a fix to a shimmy. After several attempts I figured out, the hard way, that these folks don't know much other then flipping cars. Local tire shop found three bent rims. When I brought it up to management they said local tire shop was lying and trying to sell me new rims. I explained that these were OEM rims and I wasn't in the market for aftermarket rims which the local tire shop would not be able to supply me. Management was speechless and then said they tried to fix it and made it better so they we're off the hook. They never made it better and I'd never return. Bad customer service. Crooks if you ask me.

I took my truck to this dealer because of a transfer case failure issue. They printed off a service bulletin published on the internet. The service bulletin said to replace a sensor so, they replaced a sensor. As it turns out, the transfer case had a hole in it, zero oil and the internals were completely disintegrated. The remaining oil in the transfer case was mostly metal shavings. The output shaft bearings were gone and the shaft could be wiggled around by hand. Apparently

I have been using your service department for 10 years and have had several issues but never complained. Have had to redo a half dozen repairs I paid you to fix. This last incident was the last straw. Your mechanic over torqued the lug nuts on my truck to the point it damaged the wheels so badly they have to be replaced. Your excuse was that the truck is 30 years old and the wheels 20 years old so you are not responsible. So now I am out $600- $800 for a new set of wheels to

I bought a Rocky Ridge F150 Raptor from Don Aadsen ford without ever setting foot in the dealership. I live 1500 miles away and they had the truck I wanted. While I'm loyal to a local dealer near my house, they had the goods, so I sent in an inquiry online. Marlena was quick to contact me and talk about the truck. I truly appreciate the 'small dealer' feel where you are not a number, but instead a vital part of their business. While they didn't budge on the price, Marlena was very clear about the reason why (They already had it discounted). I was okay with it, and purchased it. I had a time crunch to get the transaction done, and delivered (1500 miles away). Marlena had the paperwork overnighted to me, and helped with the vehicle transportation. And guess what? It was delivered 4 days early. Honestly haven't had someone that cares that much about a sale in a long time. The 'thank you' swag after purchase was truly a nice touch. Those are the times you remember a dealership and what they did for you. (And I buy a new car every year). They take pride in their sales and I highly recommend them!
