It’s absolutely insane that they advertise that you can fill out an application for a passport Monday - Friday from 11-3 but everytime I stop in to get my passport picture taken they have too many packages to sort through or 1 single person is the ONLY ONE that can take a picture and they are out delivering mail during these times you can supposedly apply for a passport. Went somewhere else to get our picture taken and we had the application filled out and only needed them to fill out 1 box and they said they couldn’t do it cause there is only 1 person in that entire place that can do it but they are gone delivering mail. Why offer this service if only 1 person can do it in that entire place?? It’s a big joke.

We will go weeks and even up to a month th without getting even junk mail in our box. We will ask if anything is being held back and always get told no. The very next day our box will be over stuffed with mail with post marks dating back weeks. Poor service but yet the prices keep going up. You don't get what you pay for.

Almost never deliver packages. Extremely frustrating! I’m not sure what the agreement they have with Amazon but it’s nearly impossible to get packages from there any more.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I am expecting a package to get delivered through USPS; my packages mysteriously disappear. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They misplace my mail on a weekly basis. There has not been one action to rectify the situation on their end. After my SEVERAL attempts of complaint; both to the Post Master himself and various other workers, with no resolution or care nor respect for my personal property. This place is a scamming joke.

I left multiple messages for the mail person to please stop delivering my live bugs to the outdoors community mailboxes and to please hold them in their office so they didn't die from the heat and cold. I went in, and one of the front ladies put that same note on my box in the office. They were still delivered. My packages have been mashed, but the package was left in the package box open for anyone to take. I live alone. I have been ill and in and out of the doctors every other day, and all I wanted to do was be home. I couldn't think beyond that. I was not online. My package was delivered on Tuesday and this is Thursday. The package was also mashed. I hate when Amazon changes from UPS to USPS. My package was full of printer ink. Why would you try to put a 4-5" package into a 2-3" mail box?

Worst customer service. They put our house mail on hold for no reason after rude confrontation with lady working the front. Post master is lazy and never delivers our packages to the door. Instead holds on to them for days on their delivery truck so when we go to pick them up from the post office they are never there.

I went in with three differing packages to send and no idea of how to send them. Amanda patiently told me what would be my safest most cost effective choices. I felt confident and it only took a few minutes. She is a great postal worker

They patiently walked me through getting passports for all four of my children and myself. They are kind and the lines are short!
