We've been working with Bob and team for several years now. They process our beef and bison both. About 10 head a year. This is the cleanest facility I've been in and I know I'm always getting my own meat back. We take time to be specific and clear on instructions and they've always made it happen.

The meat was barely even butchered, or cured right for that matter, nothing labeled correctly so it is a guessing game and out of a whole cow apparently they have no ribs when I asked for them. Would never recommend them.

Used them to process our grass fed beef.Pros:The manager was friendly and the meat was aged properly. They do pickup and slaughter.Cons: The butchers were not friendly, the meat wasn't completely frozen when picked up. Had to pay $35 extra to get my own hide back. The hamburger was packaged in the wrong size. Didn't get any soup bones and the cuts were not what was requested. Requested the liver, kidneys, heart, and tongue from my organically raised beef but didn't receive them. Instead was given a calf's tongue (vs my 3 year old steer) and was told to try back some other time to get any other organ meats and they wouldn't necessarily be organically raised.
