“Best Post Office Ever!!! The staff at the PO are kind, talkative and still professional. The Post Master is always available to answer concerns from not just myself but all of those I know and have spoken too in Mission.
Lastly, I am very appreciative of the new postman. He does everything in his power to deliver the best quality of service. I know that he is controlled by a strict list of rules that don't often make sense, but does the best he can to deliver mail on time and accurately but the other thousand addresses he must deliver to DAILY.
Kim is missed by all, but did you know that he was breaking so many rules to go above and beyond for customers in Mission? We cannot expect the same from the new carrier because he does not know all the little things Kim did to make each customers personal experiences so good. I bet the two have never even met let alone had a conversation describing a partial portion of any of the things that Kim did for us. If the new carrier were to do those things for us now, and break those rules that Kim did, he would most likely get in trouble anyway.
In all, I am very appreciative of everyone at the Mission Post Office. I do not believe people know that if the PO went private, we would lose every kind of personalized service and most likely have to pickup our packages from a centralized hub instead of benefiting from universal door to door delivery.”
