We make a trip from Washington to Montana every year, and we always make a point to stop here. It's a great place for the kids to get out, look around, and pick out something special. They have an amazing selection of unique gifts.
Last year, we bought my son his very first pocket knife with his name engraved on it. He absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it was lost before we even made it out of Montana.
On our way home, it was too late to stop back, so we tried another gift shop instead. It was a huge disappointment, and they didn't have anything that even came close. We figured we'd just replace it on our next trip, but that trip ended up getting canceled.
I tried to order a replacement online but couldn't find a way to do it, so I sent them an email explaining what happened. Almost immediately, I received a phone call. They asked for my address and told me they were going to ship a replacement directly to our house.
That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. They truly went above and beyond, and it meant so much to our family.
