“Location is good with the truck stop next door, rooms adequate and have stayed here 8 times in the last year and like every single Comfort Inn/Suites hotel, still have always had clean linen, especially the sheets and pillow cases unlike Hampton, Wyndam properties, and Holiday Inn. Only negative is the water is VERY soft so you will be constantly scrubbing to get the soap off.”
“Front desk staff named Raj provided awesome service. Very friendly and helpful. He went put of his way to accommodate requests from my wife. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay in the future for any trip.”

“We usually stop in Milk River when heading to Arizona, hotel was full and we couldn’t get a room. Best thing that ever happened. I love Best Western hotel because they are always clean, friendly, and reasonable prices. The front desk service was top notch here in Shelby!”
