Drove an hour and a half to the bank. Just to be told they’re booked and can only take appointments. I just wanted to open a child savings to pair with my daughter’s child checking.

I have always had courteous service when dealing with this bank weather it be in person or on the phone. Recently I had an issue with my account and it was handled promptly and with extreme care towards me and my husband. 5+++ stars.
