“Outstanding Customer Service! We ordered a billiard light from LodgeCraft that we had found on their website. We placed the order and were told the estimated production time was 12 weeks. We really liked the light so were willing to wait. Turns out there was a pricing discrepancy on the light (price from manufacturer had increased) but LodgeCraft honored the price on their website. The order did end up taking a few extra weeks - but communication was great - they followed up with the manufacturer etc. and when the light arrived it was beautiful. LodgeCraft was GREAT to work with - will definitely buy from them again.”
