I came into the bank today to solve a problem with my Verizon account. I had been working on it for a couple of months. I found two people at your bank to be very helpful. First of all Cindy Tavares at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Then Melissa Larson stopped by and amazingly solved a problem that even the experts at Verizon couldn’t take care of. I was so impressed with their professionalism, there welcoming manner, and in general the way they dealt with me I can’t say enough good things about them.
On another note, I would suggest that for security bank come up with some kind of reward for these employees at what used to be Rocky Mountain Bank. They have gone above and beyond their usual jobs to get this accomplished smoothly today being a good example. Also, as a customer, I would like some kind of a thank you From you I spent with this situation. It was most inconvenient and if there was ever a time I would’ve switched to a new bank this was it. I think it would be nice if you could acknowledge the inconvenience. This is caused and acknowledge your bank, employees, and customers. This is a small community and we appreciate that sort of thing. Thank you!

ATM is down everyday. Hard for those of us with a business to make deposits after hours.

I love this branch! The girls helped me through a very confusing time after my mom's passing. They were there every step of the way helping me with legal questions as well as faxing multiple documents for me. Its like banking use to be. They are always not just pleasant but genuinely happy.

My wife and I had to stop and make a deposit, so we went up to the teller window. The person who helped us was really friendly and professional! The transaction went smoothly and it went quick.
