Dr. Kauffman was so incredibly kind and understanding! Definitely recommend them! Never easy to lose our fur kids! He seemed very content and well taken care of when I picked him up. The Pet Palace also accommodated my GSD with moving him to a indoor/outdoor run as soon as one became available. I was pleased with the service and care, as well as the price. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I called 2 local Bitterroot trainers and emailed them with NO RESPONSE back....
I called On Command and instantly booked a consult within 2 days we had him come to our home and analyze our situation. PROMPT and loaded with a wealth of information for us.
We booked Obedience classes with him and had our first session with him yesterday.
He gives you pamphlets with ALL step by step guidelines to follow (very helpful) a list of training equipment, his training philosophy (whats expected of you) and email follow ups!
TOP NOTCH TRAINER you will not be at all disappointed and classes are extremely affordable.
