Dr Tom is kind and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and also made me think about the answers to educate me rather than just telling me the answer. He was gentle with my cow when she was in heat and kind of fussy (okay she was very fussy and peculiar and a pain to work with because she was in heat Hahahha), and my cat that he spayed last spring was excited to see him.

I was nervous to board my German Shepherd while I went on vacation because I was afraid his separation anxiety would flare up again. He seemed very content and well taken care of when I picked him up. The Pet Palace also accommodated my GSD with moving him to a indoor/outdoor run as soon as one became available. I was pleased with the service and care, as well as the price. Will definitely be returning in the future.

On Command Dog Obedience Training

Gary is a great trainer. He is very through in his methods of teaching and relays his knowledge through great communication with the handler and canine.

I called 2 local Bitterroot trainers and emailed them with NO RESPONSE back....

I called On Command and instantly booked a consult within 2 days we had him come to our home and analyze our situation. PROMPT and loaded with a wealth of information for us.

We booked Obedience classes with him and had our first session with him yesterday.

He gives you pamphlets with ALL step by step guidelines to follow (very helpful) a list of training equipment, his training philosophy (whats expected of you) and email follow ups!

TOP NOTCH TRAINER you will not be at all disappointed and classes are extremely affordable.
