Bitterroot Pet Palace
4054 US-93, StevensvilleLet me start off by saying I chose this boarding facility because of the reviews and a kennel tour I took with Sara.
Recently we had our malamutes boarded for the first time at Bitterroot Pet Palace. The care they received from Sara and her team during their stay was well worth it. One of my girls accidentally cut the other while they were playing (typical spot for my girls as they love to roughhouse). Sara communicated with me right away, sent pictures, explained everything clearly, and asked how I wanted to proceed.
Since it didn’t appear to be an emergency, I asked her to just keep an eye on it, and she went above and beyond by offering to trim the hair around the area and apply antiseptic twice a day. One of my dogs also started blowing her coat during the stay, and Sara took the time to brush her regularly, which I really appreciated.
My girls came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. I’m very thankful for the prompt communication, transparency, and level of care she showed throughout their stay and would absolutely trust Sara with my dogs again.
Fast forward, it’s been almost a week and she followed up on the girls to make sure the cut was healing as it should. I’d say that deserves a 6th star.
