“Jasmine, at Park River Storage provided great customer service for me today! She not only helped me pay my bill, she helped me get set up for autopay! She was pleasant and encouraging with me. As an older person, not raised on the internet and all it is to offer, she was a delight and made this experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks, Jasmine!”

“Gus was so helpful and kind walked me through everything answered all my questions. Great customer service. Storage units are beautiful easy access. It was very easy for me to apply and get in quickly especially moving from California to Montana. Gus made this real easy.”

“Been a customer for *years* now. The owners are friendly, fair, and SO helpful. They alerted us when we had accidentally improperly locked our door, which meant we effectively didn't lock the door at all! We were travelling out of state, and they helped us set a brand new lock properly, cut off the old, and express-mailed us the new keys - and they had even helped us verify all our belongings were still in place before closing the door, for our peace of mind! They are always so careful, kind, quick to respond, and their excellent security measures kept our belongings safe. Great local business and local family to support.”
