Cabin is dirty and dangerous decking on the cabin. Hot springs was cool. The smell all around was terrible. Everything was dirty. Creepy music playing. Pizza was ok. We paid $230 for a$50 cabin. Will never come

I've never stayed at the hotel, but the hotsprings is a great place to stop and soak after a day on the slopes at Lost Trail! When I visited they had a super friendly cat with thumbs that they named "Fingers". I've had many good nights soaking there and visiting the hotsprings cat who is often waiting to greet you in the parking lot!Nearby activities: Closest lodging you can find to Lost Trail Ski Area!

It's seen better days. Not much maintenance has gone into this place. Camp sites are not level. Ok for one ngt and a soak IF you hit their days of operation.Next time I'd stay at camp Sula a few miles north on the river and drive to the hot springs. No amenities here.

RV sites are their last priority. They have a bunch of cabins and the pool for the day that are the priority. It's unfortunate but the people running this place are running it into the ground. THey need to retire and sell it. It could be a nice place with the right TLC. There were no showers and some beater outhouse for RV/campers. No laundry, really no amenities. One of the sites the electric wasn't working. A lady had to run her cord over to other camp site. Pool is nice in spite of it needs redone. It's nice and warm. There are a couple of long timers trash heeps in the front. They'll be lucky to sell it in a fire sale. It's a shame.Karen

I booked this for a special party and it was perfect! We have been to a few different Hot Springs. This one is at the top of my favorites ....it has a cooler pool and one hot tub to soak and relax in. The changing rooms and showers are nice and convenient. We will definitely be returning to this locationRooms: There are cabins close by you can rent. Rustic cabins with beautiful mountain viewsWalkability: Easy access

We loved this place. We rented cabin 8 since it was dog friendly. The cabin is super cozy! The hot spring is so relaxing. My only issue was that there was nowhere to have a fire, so we had to drive a bit to get food. If you are planning a stay here, make sure you bring lots of food that does not need to be cooked. Other than that, it is amazing. We will be back!

Good location to skiing, but…. The webpage doesn’t show how run down the place is. There are two permanent residences within the campsite section of the property. The pool area itself is very dirty \u0026 could use a facelift. We stayed in cabin #10. The sliding door doesn't lock or even latch, but there’s a wooden dowel to put in the doorframe. This made me feel uneasy. The website also highlights double shower heads in the bathroom, but only one of them actually works (the second is just a trickle). The fire alarm was dead. The bed was uncomfortable with no pillow top or mattress pad or anything to assist the very firm mattress. The old woman who owns the place is unfriendly and rude, and so is her son (the one who replies to these reviews, I presume). The old man was kind and took the time to assist us and have friendly conversation. We won’t be back. We aren’t picky and have stayed at both nicer hot springs and more rustic hot springs, but for the price of almost $300 per night you’d expect better care of the cabin and amenities, and friendlier service. For the money they charge at Lost Trail, you can stay overnight at one of Montana’s more upscale hot springs… Or… go over Chief Joseph and stay at either of the hot springs in Jackson or Polaris…. Their prices reflect the value of the experience they provide.

Saw the sign and decided to stop by. Late March. I’m not a super soaker and thus my soak time is like one hour max. In that time we just relaxed in the bigger pool. Which ain’t that hot but fine by me. The tarp was still over the pool. I understand why they do this. But come summer when they remove the tarp I wouldn’t mind checking it out again as the main reason I stopped by was the scenery. The owners seemed very friendly.

Amazing old style cabin experience. Loved the simple design of the cabins and the hot springs were very nice. the owners are friendly and you can always start a good conversation with them. Don’t come here expecting a great hotel luxury experience, this is a cabin location in the middle of nowhere.

We booked this place hoping for a place close to the ski hill that was a hot springs that we could soak in. Unfortunately the main pool is kept at 95 degrees which is a bit cool for us. Not something I would soak in. The \\\"hot\\\" tub only holds a few people and was over crowded and somewhat dirty. The over all feel of the place is a bit run down. It needs some simple updates and maintenance to make it feel like a good value. The rooms are clean and warm but very dates and in need of updates. The lights leading into the place where our and we had two flights of stairs to navigate. There was also a hot water heater sitting in the path. The pool area was nice. It was covered with plastic to hold in the heat which was nice but again the water was still chilly for my taste at 95 degrees. The changing rooms smelled of mildew and peeling paint. The showers were in need of repair. The dry sauna was drafty and cold unless you were up on the upper seat. Sauna should have a floor of wood not concrete and interlocking cedar wood on the walls. These did not. Overall fairly disappointed in the place. They lock you in for two nights. We stayed the first but after skiing opted to bail and eat the second night in favor of a bit nicer accommodations. The place has lots of potential but needs so serious TLC.

Just went for the hot springs experience. Staff were friendly. Not sure I would go again. Although dark and unable to see. The place didn't feel quite sanitary or clean. The water is more lukewarm than hot.
