First time i used Superior Meat. We dropped 80lbs of elk to turn into summer sausage and pepper stix. It turned out super amazing. The last place I used just south of missoula was too salty amd superior meat used the perfect amount and seasoning. Highly recommend Superior Meat. Super Satisfied, thank you and I'll be back.
