I've had many packages shipped to Montana Mailbox with no issues. Pickup is efficient but be sure to contact them ahead of time to have everything ready. Convenient location just across the border. Will use again.

BEWARE OF DYK POST/ Montana MailboxWe have been a customer for over 6 years. In 2021 DYK brought over 60 packages from Montana to Canada without our request. They improperly shipped them across the border without true customs declarations to the Canada Border Services. Whether knowingly or without due diligence, both are unacceptable not just to clients, but also to legislation. They then stuck us with a bill of $1700 which we refused to pay since we never instructed them to bring these packages over the border.We continued to do business with them as they came to our warehouse every day to transport our e-commerce business packages from Edmonton to Sweet Grass. I thought the owner Daniel realized his mistake and dismissed this invoice as we were a monthly committed customer and that we did not ever request for them to ship these packages.In Aug 2023 the company threatened us with collections for this unauthorized work from 2021.Aug 25-Aug 29th 2023, they actively came to our warehouse to collect packages. We noticed after a few days the packages were not moving and we found out without any formal professional notice they were holding our packages hostage. These packages have a value of over $10,000It’s now January 1st, 2024 and we still have not received our packages.We have consulted US Boarder Protections and Canada Border Services Agency and they are both aware of the poor business practices of DYK Post.As a business owner, I’m reluctant to write reviews but in this case, we just want the owner Daniel to return our hostage packages and warn other businesses not to risk your business with DYK Post/Montana Mailbox

I have been using Montana Mailbox for years and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to save on cross border shipping to Canada. Both for in person pickup at the border and through DYK Post. Great service, helpful staff, and excellent pricing.

We approaching 5 years work with Montana Mailbox. From e-commerce standpoint we would not be able to function our USA side of the business without DYK/Montana Mailbox. We ship 7 days a week and Michael and his staff are super helpful with any problems we might have with our customer orders . I also use Montana mailbox for my personal usa shopping from companies that don’t ship to Canada aka Target .

You'll save money but at the expense of time and some frustration. I would recommend Montana Mailbox and DYK Post to friends, with the caveat above. I have never received a picture of my packages as advertised. I also find I need to call DYK and hope I get someone who can help me find out if my packages have arrived. The cost savings make it worth it to me - when not in a rush to get something.

They are part of the DYK Post experience. Their customs brokerage is terrible. They will not represent you and you will end up paying exorbitant amounts for small items while taking 3 times as long as any other carrier. All of this while they ignore you. Never again!

Too Bad they don't have a zero star$80.00 is a cheap price to pay to learn not to do business with Montana Mailbox.It’s too bad Montana Mailbox can’t take ownership of a lost package or even admit they don’t have a policy on how to deal with lost packages and cannot empathize with clients frustration when dealing Montana Mailbox, Ignoring emails and when you finally do reply, you don’t follow up, at least your consistent in that area.

Overall a great place to have things held and reshipped. There are times when they are slow but I believe they are slowly getting more used to it.Edit: they have been EXTREMELY slow with any reshipments. Usually takes a month to even get a response.Update: I have taken a break for about a year from using their reshipping service. I'm going to try again and see if anything has changed.Update: They seem to be faster with reshipping items it now takes around 1-2 business days. Updating my review.

Montana Mailbox communicated with me the entire time my parcel was being transported to Calgary AB. Quick and reliable which is what everyone should be looking for in a cross border shipping. I will definitely be using them for future orders.Additional review since I can't submit a second one.There was a little mishap with my parcel. I reached out to Montana mailbox to see what the issue was. Michael quickly called me back to inform me that they found my parcel and that he would make sure it's sent out with FedEx the next day.Michael went above and beyond to make my experience with Montana Mailbox enjoyable. This was my second time using them and I will definitely be recommending them as well as DYK post in the future.Don't let the negative comments fog your judgement on the company.Hopefully you give them a try on your own to see how great this company actually is. Everyone just needs to have a little patients when sending parcels through DYK Post and Montana Mailbox.Once again thank you for this positive experience!

Comments are wild - haters gonna hate.I've been a great white north customer for years and other then some delays during the pandemic, pretty self explanitory, everything is bang on.Just had a complete set of rims come up from Cali. Forwarded by DYK Post and zero issues. And it was cheaper vs. shipped from US supplier to Canada by a few hundred bucks.

I'm a customer since 2018 and frequently buying stuff from the US. They gave a pallet for my stuff since I'm only picking up when I think my minivan is going to be full. I usually call or email them 1 week before picking so that they can prepare everything.I never lost any stuff from them. I can tell you that they are the best warehouse in Montana as I've already tried others.There was a time that there's a long line in the border and they will close in 20 minutes. I know, I can't make it in time so I called them and told me that they will wait for me even after their closing time.They called me when one of my package was damaged and send me the photos so that I can make a complaint to Amazon and for me, that's a great customer service.

Unresponsive service caused me to miss shipping my package to an eBay customer on time (if at all!). Ask Michael on Tues to ship a package to a customer, and five days later he still hasn't done it. I have a three day handling time, and he unlike me doesn't care about his customers. I originally asked him to provide package dimensions so I could re-ship an item that for some reason never got sent to the original client (for which I had to refund). He never did supply the dimensions, so I had to guess so I could get him a shipping label on Friday. I politely asked him to send the package to the new customer with the new label I provided and six emails later he still hasn't done so. I don't know what to do.I cannot recommend Montana Mailbox at all. Stay away, far away!!

Hours online say open until 5pm. Made an 1 hour drive to go pickup a package and there was a handwritten note on the door saying that they were closing at 4pm with a phone number for Micheal who didn’t answer the phone.
