Exxon is a busy gas station and truck stop located just inside Nevada. It is a common first stop for travelers coming from California. The location is large, with a huge parking lot that offers free and safe overnight parking. There are lots of fuel pumps, including diesel, and the store is described as wide open and uncluttered. Amenities include very clean bathrooms, showers for purchase, a driver's lounge, scales, a small casino, and some food options. The scenery around the stop is noted as nice. Customer experiences with staff vary significantly. Many of the younger employees are reported as friendly and polite. However, some older staff members have been described as giving customers rude looks and attitude. Management responses can also be inconsistent, with one manager allowing a stranded person to stay and another demanding they leave immediately. The rewards program requires using an app to pay for discounts, which some customers find to be too much fuss compared to other truck stops. Overall, it is considered a good and easy place to fuel up, but experiences with customer service can be mixed.
Great place to gas up, grab a quick bite to eat or snacks and a drink for the road and so much more. Very convenient and the folks are friendly.

Like the lady said on the exterior intercom “If you’re not pumping move your vehicle to a parking spot away from pumps. Place is quite busy as it’s the first gas station in Nevada after traveling from high priced California.
