“There are often mixed opinions about the post office, but we had an outstanding experience. We own the local Red Wing Shoe store on 29th and a package we shipped was misplaced and marked as delivered to a parcel locker. After filing a claim at noon, Rick the Postmaster, personally called us, checked the lockers after work, found the package, and even delivered it to our customer's house himself.
He truly went above and beyond. We're so grateful for his quick action and servant heart dedication. Thank you, Rick!”
