Close this place down! Walked in 4 guys sitting on the couch on their phones, literally asked someone to uncouple a hose that’s all I needed didn’t have the right tool.
Told they have no one for the job, what a joke the old lady even rushed to kick me out after I asked the second time. Good luck with the business. The TIRE SHOP across the street came outside on the street did the job in 10 seconds for me!

Fair pricing. Quick and painless service. Good communication. Honest work—I requested diff fluid changes on top of other work and when they checked, the fluid was clean, so instead of changing and up charging they just let me know and didn’t perform unnecessary maintenance. The customer service was top notch. I have a built up 02 Dodge 2500 that was having growing pains. The techs were knowledgeable and happy to discuss and recommend options. I have a hard time trusting mechanics, but Tims Diesel was a pleasure and ill be giving them my money from here on out. Honest, fair, and truely knowledgeable.Services: Steering & suspension repair

They are unprofessional and disrespectful. I made a appointment for them to towe and work on my truck. Three weeks later I called them to find out why they didn't show up and the excuse was that they didn't want to chain up to towe my truck. No call explaining why or even a apology for not showing up. Then their secretary hung up on me when I confronted them about it. If you like unprofessional businesses give them a call. Maybe they might show up!

Took them a really long time to answer phone, when they did after 2 daysthey told me they did not have the equipment to fix a Hino truck. Leatherface at the truck stop I inquired about filters gas and oil I need changed to see if that will fix the problem. The lady said they don't fix Hino.
