I've always been greeted when I get to the front of the line for services. Employees are pleasant, efficient and professional. The premises are tidy and well maintained. They're closed on Saturday. I wish they had an automated postal machine for after hours. Otherwise, good job!

Misdelivered mail throughout our neighborhood for years and recently getting worse! Lock boxes left wide open a couple weeks ago through the weekend!
Have had several pieces of mail never arive, reported that, supposed to look into that, no response, no mail....
Recently informed that an outgoing piece of mail never made it either!!!!
Frickin pathetic!!!

I recently had a package misdelivered so I stopped by to let them know and the Postmaster went out of her way to drive all around town and found it in the space of a couple hours. She was extremely helpful, apologetic, and she called several times to keep me updated as she searched. Hands down the best service I've ever received from the Postal Service.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had nothing but problems with our mail getting delivered since Matt's been gone. I frequently get packages delivered so a key is put in my box. Please tell me why when I open that parcel locker there is not a package but another key to a different parcel locker? Today same thing yet in the second locker it was completely empty! My package says delivered but yet here I am with no package because the mail delivery didn't put my box in the locker after they scanned it. If I could just pay extra to never use USPS I most definitely would!!!!!

I received a notice, saying my package was delivered to my mailbox. On Thursday, September 7th today is September 9 th It wasn’t the key was put into a different mailbox and I still haven’t received my package. These people need to get their head screwed on right and get the mail to the right people. I’m hoping that the person that received the key in their box, will be honest and bring it to me . We need to get some competent people delivering mail if they paid him a decent wage maybe we would.

the person that delivers mail off of antelope does not deliver your package to your door as requested and just puts it in the box. if the package is too big they are to d*** and lazy and dont care enough to bring it to your house and you have to reschedule. this has happened several times.

Official government passport website says walk ins welcome. Walk ins were not welcome. I was also told I needed a birth certificate. I was later told by Chris at the Helena Post office that I did in fact not need my birth certificate.

I thought maybe they would be better with the main person gone out of sight. But they seem to be worst. I have had mail missing for months. They deliver my packages and other packages in the wrong Po box. I am constantly getting someone else's stuff in there or having to have them hunt down my stuff. Things aren't being forwarded. The counter lady (won't say her name, big name in town) is so rude. It is always my fault that they lose mail. She won't even seem to care just very snippy.

I've lived at the same address for 21 yrs I get remarried and my mail keeps being forwarding or given to someone else now my check has been sent back says I have undeliverable address And my packagey own husband sent me was sent back with the same tag now I need to know how to correct this so I can get my mail with my actual new name on it . Very very disappointed with my post office and all they tell me is well we don't write on your mail or send it back we don't know who to fix this . So what can I do

They refuse to deliver our packages. Fine. But then they forget to give us pink slips to let us know that they are waiting in the post office. We've had a couple of packages sent back.Our mail is continually being delivered to the wrong mailbox.

They have failed on multiple occasions to put in pink slips to inform us that we have a package to pick up. We have gone there several times and today was the most recent where they have lost our package. Other times we have gone in and they told us that our package has been there for a week or two and they were going to send it back but never put a slip in our mailbox. Our postal person often puts the wrong mail in our neighbor's box and puts theirs in ours it is a constant problem I have filed multiple complaints with the USPS and will do anything in my power to never ever use them. They are the worst post office I have ever had an experience with. Beware they will lose your stuff.
