I brought in an old Acer mini laptop and thought it died. Waited 2yrs to fix. Brought it in and all it needed was a new power cord. Wow! Saved $$$$. Didn't have to buy a new one.Great customer service too..

My friend was quite literally scammed. Allegedly, he was told the computer he got was "good for gaming". I don't recall when a quad core 3rd gen ryzen processor, a 1tb HDD, and a gt 710 were good for gaming. The PC came with horrendous cable management, a Ryzen 5 3400g, 16gb RAM clocked at 1866mhz, a stock AMD stealth cooler, and a gt 710, which is 3x worse than the integrated graphics on the CPU itself. Everything else about the PC is mediocre, and it all came out to a price of a thousand dollars. The parts individually priced add up to about $450.The value of the computer purchased is nonexistent.

Not to come off as rude but you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. For one, the GPU is horrible for anything besides browsing the internet, and struggles to even run old games on low graphics settings at 45fps. 710s are for when you don't need a gaming PC but your CPU doesn't have integrated. For two, "G" at the end of a Ryzen processor means graphics, and, the Ryzen 5 3400G DOES in fact, come with RX vega 11 graphics. Look it up.For three, here's a part list:Ryzen 5 3400g: $15016gb G skill RAM: $80Case: $50CPU fan: Free (Comes with CPU)PSU: $50Windows: 10 $20Motherboard: $100-$1252 TB WD Blue HDD: $50GPU (Which is useless, and you could easily shear off this price): $50-$70Total price: ~$600 (Removing the pointless GPU would substantially decrease this)Which comes in at a value of about $500 because the GPU is pretty much useless.Another thing, the cable management, in fact, IS pretty bad.And about the "false statements" and "tarnishing your reputation", there's a difference between constructed criticism and tarnishing reputation. And the "false statements", for the most part, were debunked as true on his part in this review.
