What a gem! We felt lucky when Joyce confirmed availability on a busy holiday evening. We became absolutely elated when we actually saw the place and met our host! Really an incredible stay, this is a gorgeous property which, could easily demand twice what we paid.
We were able to watch the Troy Fourth of July fireworks show from our bed that evening. We spent the following morning captivated by the view of the valley over coffee. Joyce was a lovely host, and took great care of us.
A perfect post-Glacier stop, especially delightful after seven days of tent camping in the park. We left feeling rested and ready for our trip back to Portland.

What an awesome place!!
It has a gorgeous view looking way down at the Kootenai River and some mountains, great balcony, tall ceilings, easy to get to, Joyce is awesome, too!
Another great thing is the no animals or smoking policy. Too many places have a barking dog that ruins the experience.
No wonder the other couple that was there, goes here every year.

We stayed here after a Disciple concert in Troy, Montana. What a great place with spectacular views of God's creation. I highly recommend staying here. The train comes by, but it is no problem.

It's a great bed and breakfast, beautiful view of the river and mountains, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on a trip or vacation.

I stayed here two nights and loved it. Jim was a great host, the room was spacious and clean, and the views were incredible. I will stay there again if I go back to Troy.

Restless souls who need time away from all the noise of the city and suburban areas. This is the place you want to go. Joyce and her husband were so wonderful! Warm and friendly. This place felt like home to us. My wife, her mother, our son and I stayed for 1 night. Drove almost 7.5hrs to see the Koontenai Falls and Swinging Bridge. They are situated right down the road from there. 3 min tops.We had two separate rooms. Each room felt very comfortable and smelled so good! All hardwood furniture. The beds were soft and warm. Lots of pillows. The back room we stayed in had an extra bed in it. The other room had a queen and a beautiful walk in shower (now my favorite room). They have a living room on the same level that has a huge window that looks out to the green scenery and river. The balcony was awe and draw dropping for the view of the valley down below. Felt so majestic as if this place was all to ourselves. Way better than staying at any basic hotel or fancy 3/4 star hotels.The only down side is trains that pass by throughout the night (my wife counted 8). They provide ear plugs (I recommend using it) unless your in the far back room with the walk in shower. That part was not too noisy from the trains that came and went.Hands down one of the coolest and fantastic B&B home I have ever stayed at. It was totally worth the long road trip! Wonderful hosts who listens to your life stories and what brought you, reminiscing about the past while sipping a cup of coffee together with fresh hand made muffins. Everything’s provided for you, shower towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, breakfast, and a warm caring friendship.I highly recommend this B&B, it’s a must see must stay! Thank you again, Joyce. You made our stay perfect.

Gorgeous rooms and views! Big comfortable bed! Wonderful hosts! Continental breakfast! The shower is to die for! Hands down best vacation rental in Troy for a couple!

This place is a real gem. I'm so glad we decided to stop here in Troy on our 10 day road trip around Montana and Wyoming. This place had hands down our favorite view. It was so nice to sit and have a drink on the balcony with gorgeous views after a long day or hiking. The room is a great space and thoroughly cleaned. You can tell the bed and breakfast is well taken care of by the sweet owners, Joyce and Jim. We would recommend this stay 110%!

This place is awesome! Really taking care of guests.The rings are cozy and spacious. Unfortunately I didn't have a view of the deck because arrived at night and left to early the next morning. Thank you Double j!
