You get to stay in the park and are right on the lake. Sitting on your wooden chairs and enjoying the view from just outside your room is a great experience. The rooms are very dated but are kept up well. No AC, and your are paying very inflated national Park prices for the room.

Top notch location. Rooms are a bit old but the staff is trying to save this piece of history. Super friendly front desk lady. Don't expect luxury rooms. Just soak in the lakeside views and chilling out on the balcony or the patio.

Super cute OG 1950s era motel where every room looks out on Lake McDonald. Nothing fancy (Wi-Fi but no TV etc) includes a decent bed and full bath right in Glacier National Park. There is also a lake view promenade with patio chairs and tables. Everyone is very friendly.
